Abstract

Method for forming a composite box, having an end wall, lateral wall and bottom wall, including: forming of a plurality of core layers, having each a perimeter surface, length and width, in connection one to the other and in extension; having the core layers in connection and be segmented in the molds for defining the end wall, lateral wall and bottom wall and the top, with the core layer sealed inside the woven material; adaptation of the mounting molds in section for forming a box, with the woven materials in the adjacent molds overlapping the woven material; sealing of the interface between the molding sections; sealing of the assembled molds inside the sealed bags with an entrance and an exit; connection of a raw resin source to the entrance, passing through the exit and with the mold vacuumed; forcing the raw resin pass through the entrance and through the exit, with stuffing of the mold between the core layer and the mold, for submerging the fiber material; slaking the resin for forming the composite box; and removal of the molding sections.
