Abstract
An ABS system for vehicles, for setting target sliding rate line (L1, L2, L3) having the wheel sliding rate (λF) as the coordinate axis of one side and the rear wheel sliding rate (λR) as the coordinate axis of the other side, and the target sliding rate line (L1, L2, L3) reset side and the counter reset side being divided into braking increase area (A1) and braking decrease area (A2), when the front wheel siding rate (λF) and the rear wheel sliding rate (λR) in said braking increase area (A1), the braking force increases and when the front wheel sliding rate (λF) and the rear wheel sliding rate (λR) in said braking decrease area (A2), the brake of the vehicle decreases, including: said target sliding rate line (L1, L2, L3) in the domain having the front wheel sliding rate (λF) inferior to the frmda, having: the rear wheel sliding rate (FR) forming the rrmda not based on the sliding rate line (L2) of the front wheel siding rate λF; and said rrmda being set roughly equalling the rear wheel sliding rate (λR) of the rear wheel speed when the automatic clutch (C) releases at the engine (E) and the rear wheel (Wr).
