Abstract

A sort of universal submarine fiber-optic cable joint, including: (a) a first end outlet, for forming the plurality of enhanced terminals of the first fiber-optic cable, being the first terminal outlet to define a first terminating socket; (b) a second end outlet, for forming the plurality of enhanced terminals of the second fiber-optic cable, being the second terminal outlet to define a second terminating socket; (c) a fiber saving disc, disposed between the first end outlet and the second end outlet, being the fiber-optic of the first fiber-optic cable being connected to the optic fiber of the second fiber optic cable; (d) a casing, having a first end and a second end, for sealing the fiber saving disc, having a first pin hole next to the first end and the second pin hole next to the second end; (e) a first pin, for connecting of the casing to the first terminating outlet, passing a section of the first pin the first pin hole for joining the first socket; and (f) a second pin, for connecting of the casing to the second terminating outlet, passing a section of the second pin the second pin hole for joining the second socket.
