Abstract
A sort of method for forming hollow plastic bottles by injectiion of plastic raw materials for forming a prototype of bottle, before blowing it into a finished plastic bottle, including the 3 steps given as follows: (1) Injection of forming prototype: by means of an injection device for injection of the plastic material into a coupled male mold and a female mold, for forming the prototype; (2) Transfering the prototype: after injecting the prototype, transfering with a transfer mechanism immediately the prototype from the injection machine, for matching with a blowing device and a finished item mold; (3) Blowing for forming te plastic bottle: once matched the prototype bottle and the blowing mechanism and the finished item mold, blowing the prototype into a plastic bottle of expanded body; and at the same time, injection of the male and the female molds for matching, for synchronized injection of the next bottle.
