Abstract
A method of testing semen quality by means of visual observation of lacking or no semen as well as weak semen activity in a bottle, where 1 c.c. of test agent is contained, and another wide-opening bottle with semen of a male having no sexual contact for 3-5 days, and taking the semen with a syringe from the wide-opening bottle for vertical insertion of the needle into the test bottle for injection of 1.c.c. of semen into the test bottle, being the opening of the needle point at the bottom of the bottle and under the test agent, before finally leaving the bottom carrying the semen for a while before reading the "transparent band of the bottle, for determination of quality, amount and activity of the semen; in case of a band of 1mm of the "transparent band" in the test agent for normal and less for a reading of under 1mm and the transparent band showing no semen.
