Abstract
A kind of process for frozen low temperature drying treatment, its steps comprise: (1) Natural cooling for the flowing pipe: the circulation of the required air or the highly humid air discharged from dry compartment, from the air-inlet on the air pipe flow through the cooling device located in the air pipe that performs heat absorption by natural air pipe, by using the effect of the counter-flow of pipe lines, to gradually lower the temperature at outlet of the air temperature inside the dry compartment; (2) the temperature lowering, dehumidifying of low-temperature dehumidifying pipe lines: air from the C zone above the air pipe goes through the temperature lowering dehumidifying pipe lines, the water content in the air is removed by heat exchange circulation of the cooling system, in the same time the temperature of air is lowered, that forms dry air of low temperature and low humidity; (3) the temperature rising of natural counter-flow pipe lines: the dry low temperature air flows through the temperature lowering dehumidifying pipe lines into the heat release end of the natural counter-flow pipe lines, the air due to the counter-flowing effect of pipe lines, the temperature gradually rises; (4) the temperature rising of heating pipe lines: air heated by the heating pipe lines, its temperature rises to working temperature in the drying compartment; (5) low temperature drying treatment: dry air heated by the heating pipe lines, by using the ventilation effect of the fan motor, comes in from a side air-inlet of the dry compartment, then removing the water content in the working items, and to discharge from the air-outlet, using the air to endlessly blow for circulation to absorb water content from the working items, to form highly humid air, to recycle to the air inlet, to endlessly cycle in this way, to achieve dry purpose, without defecting its quality; by using the above mentioned process, it can specifically provide better dry result, to ensure the dried items with no change of quality and effectively reduce the drying cost.
