A compound of formula (I) or salts thereof: wherein R is hydrogen, R2 is hydroxy, R3 is hydrogen, R4 is hydrogen or benzyl, R5 is C1-C5 alkyl, Y is -NR6R7 or -N+R8R9R10X-, in which R6, R8 and R9 are hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl, R7 is C2-C6 alkenyl, C5-C7 cycloalkyl, C1-C6 alkyl substitutable by hydroxy or amino, R10 is C2-C6 alkynyl, X is an anion.
