Abstract

A liquid crystal display with improved viewing angle for increasing the viewing angle of the liquid crystal display, the liquid crystal display comprising: a first polarizing plate; a second polarizing plate; a first glass plate between the first polarizing plate and the second polarizing plate, and adjacent to the first polarizing plate; a second glass plate between the first polarizing plate and the second polarizing plate; and a plurality of liquid crystal molecules disposed between the first glass plate and the second glass plate; which is characterized in that: the first glass plate and the second glass plate each have a corresponding unit region; if the unit region of the first glass plate is a concentric circular pattern, then the corresponding unit region of the second glass plate is an outwardly radial pattern; if the unit region of the first glass plate is an outwardly radial pattern, then the corresponding unit region of the second glass plate is a concentric circular pattern.
