A thermoplastic resin composition comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of ABS resin, (B) 1.5-3.5 parts by weight acrylic acid rubber polymer containing vinyl resin; the glass transition temperature of the polymer is not higher than 20 DEG C and the glue content is not greater than 70%, the polymer is obtained by polymerization of 1-200 parts by weight vinyl monomer selected from styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of 100 parts by weight of an acrylic rubberpolymer which is obtained by polymerization of monomers selected from at least n-butyl acrylate, isobutyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methylmethylacrylate and glycol dimethyl acrylate, and (C) 1.8-37.5 parts by weight copolymers of styrene and acrylonitrile, or copolymer of styrene, acrylonitrile and methylmethylacrylate, having average molecular weight of 200,000 to 500,000; the total of components (B) and (C) is 6-50 parts by weight.
