An electreted non-woven fabric filter material comprised of 66~99 wt% non-polarized polymer and 1~40 wt% polarized polymer, and the former is partly or wholly denatured by at least one denaturation agent selected from the group formed by (a) unsaturated carboxylic acid and derivatives thereof, (b) unsaturated epoxy monomer, and (c) silane monomer having hydrocarbonated unsaturated union; the structural unit obtained from the denaturation agent is electreted non-woven fabric with average fiber diameter or average fiber width under 80 <mu>m made of electreted film opening containing 0.005 ~ 10 wt% thermoplastic resin, and netted article made of synthetic fibers, and through partial pressing and melting through embossing rollers, the electreted non-woven fabric filter material is obtained; the unit area of the embossed part is 0.05 ~ 5 mm<2>, and the embossed area rate is 2 ~ 30 %.
