Abstract

A water surface applying pesticide composition comprising: (1) 1 to 90 parts by weight of one or more than two kinds of powder selected from a group consisting of a powdery pesticide active ingredient molten or dispersed in a solid waxy substance, a powdery mixture of the solid waxy substance and a water repellent pesticide active ingredient and a powdery water-repelled pesticide active ingredient, (2) 1 to 20 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant of HLB 8 or less and (3) 5 to 50 parts by weight of a water insoluble or slightly water soluble flowability improver, based on 100 parts by weight of the composition.
