Abstract
A control circuit of power MOS gate control circuit having first and second major terminal pins and an input terminal pin for controlling the open/close of control power MOS gate circuit between the major pins by the input terminal pin; the power MOS gate control circuit comprising an MOS gate control power element having a first and a second major electrode connected to the first and second terminal pins and an input electrode; the control circuit comprising a protective circuit which displays the operation status for monitoring at least one MOS gate power element, and for closing the MOS gate control power element when the operation status exceeding a predetermined value; the control circuit further comprising at least one control MOSFET coupled to between the input terminal pin and the input electrode for controlling the open/close of the MOS gate control power element when an open signal is applied to the input terminal pin.
