Abstract

A method for automatically adjusting parameters of a vector control converter controller, which comprises the following steps: (1) driving an induction motor by a voltage type pulse width modulated converter, then the induction motor sending out a rotor shaft mechanical angular velocity ωm to a rotor flux model and a weak magnetism controller, feeding a combined signal of the rotor shaft mechanical angular velocity ωm and a target value of the rotor shaft mechanical angular velocity ωm++ into a velocity controller, and feeding the stator currents ias and ics of the inducted a, c phases of the three phases of the motor into a coordinate calculator; (2) after the stator currents ias and ics having entered the coordinate calculator, converting the currents into two-phase stator currents idse and iqse of the d, q axis on the rotor magnetic field coordinate, and outputting the currents to a rotor flux model, a decoupling controller and a current controller; (3) after the currents idse and iqse having entered the rotor flux model for calculation, the rotor flux model outputting a rotor flux λmr to an inverse of a torque factor, and combining the rotor flux λmr with a target value of the output rotor flux of the weak magnetism controller λmr++ into a signal and feeding the signal to a flux controller.
