A transmission system of TCP/IP data packets between servers in a network system and its transmission method, in which the servers at least comprise a source server and a destination server, the source server and the destination server being connected through a plurality of exchange devices, the transmission system and its transmission method comprising: a three-way handshake communication protocol based on a TCP, the source server outputting a TCP/IP data packet with a synchronous information; the TCP/IP data packet with a synchronous information entering the exchange devices; in each of the exchange devices, through a routing protocol, selecting a next exchange device for transmission; sequentially carrying out the transmission accordingly until the TCP/IP data packet with a synchronous information reaching the destination server; this procession process forming a path selection route; in each exchange device, the TCP/IP data packet with a synchronous information being converted into a jump information stored in a look-up table based on the next exchange device for transmission obtained by the routing protocol, and being linked by a link index as a reference of data transmission among each of the exchange devices after establishing the link; the link index being the index of all control reference information of the transmission operation in the exchange devices.
