Abstract
A polishing tool powered by air pressure, which uses a working compressed air introduced into the main body to rotate the pneumatic motor in the main body thereby working the rotation shaft of the pneumatic motor to rotate the polishing component to polish the polishing working surface, characterized in that: compressed air for working is introduced into a main body (3) from a single connection port (5), and is branched into two passages within the tool main body, and one passage is used as driving source passage (19a) for an air motor (11), while the other passage is used as cooling air passage (19b) for injecting from a vent hole (23) provided in the central part of the polishing working surface through an air passage (21) in a motor rotary shaft (12), and a driving source passage control valve (10) for opening/closing the driving source passage (19a) and a cooling air passage control valve (13) for opening/closing the cooling air passage (19b) are provided.
