Abstract
A multi-mode exercise machine comprising: a practice base with a preset height; at least first and second practice equipment installed to the practice base; and a lengthening arm member in which, when at a first position, the arm at least has a portion normally higher than the practice base and has a handle located at a stand-up position of the practice base for a user to support and operate; and when at a second position, the arm extends horizontally from the practice base and acts as a human body support so that a user can lie down under the support of the arm at the second position and do exercise by using one of the practice equipment relative to the practice base.
