A vehicle tire cleaning device comprising: a seat body installed with a plurality of wheel sets for positioning and rotating of wheels, and water pipes for cleaning vehicle wheels using water inputted from a water pumping element; a plurality of wheel sets in two wheels as one set, which are pivotally movable around a shaft and positioned and rotatable on a bearing, at least one wheel being restricted into unidirectionally rotatable, the wheel sets being driven by the friction of vehicle tires, each wheel set capable of being driven by a transmission element for synchronous rotation, and the pumping element being driven by the transmission element; and a pumping element in which a transmission element being installed between the pumping element and the wheel sets thereby pumping water from the pumping element, through the water pipes, for cleaning vehicle tires.
