Abstract

A sterilizing and disinfecting cleaner characterized in that: a spiral fin tube (3) having a water inlet and a water outlet installed on the upper and lower portions thereof is inserted to a middle cylinder where a burner device is connected to the lower portion thereof; an inner cylinder (4) consisting of a mesh-shaped configuration is inserted into the spiral fin tube (3) while maintaining a constant gap with the spiral fin tube (3); a mesh-shaped hollow partition plate (5) is installed in the inner cylinder (4) thereby dividing the inner cylinder (4) into several sections in the upper and lower direction; a mesh-shaped partition plate (5) without the hollow part on the upper section thereof and having an area of the hollow part becoming smaller from the lowest section near the burner towards the outlet on the upper section is installed on the mesh-shaped partition plate (5).
