A passive surface-wave-sensor to transmit measured value, where the measured value can be transmitted from remote measure-position through radio to an inquiry-device, which is characterized in: the measured value capable of being read through radio; comprising a surface-wave converter; and comprising at least two surface-wave elements (15,25;124,125;124,126;127,128), these elements capable of performing sensor functions and reference functions, and (each) being disposed on a substrate; comprising an inquiry-device (1) which includes a transmission assembly (2), a receiving assembly (3) and a value-calculating device (4).
