Abstract
A sort of method of strengthening glasses, having the following steps: a) without physical existence of organic solvent, an aqueous coating composition based on siloxane selected from GPTMO, CETMO, UPTMO, DPTMO, MPTMO, BTMOSE, BTMOPE, EHTMO, HBTEO, VTMO, MTMO, MPMDEO, DBDAS, DMPTMO, MTEO, the hydrolysis and the mixture; and b) mature coating formed on the glass as a transparent layer; where the siloxane-based composition shall have (I) the strength of the glass of mature coating over that of before the mature coating, and (ii) mature coating not jeopardize the labeling property of the glass, or (iii) strengthening formed on the glass after maturing the coating with a continuous resistance at least 50% with respect to the humidity.
