Abstract

A composite forming fabric having a woven paper, a machine side layer and a number if pairs of assemblies of first and second elements having all a number of pairs of warps for the fastening of the yarn being the warps bound with the paper side and the machine side, where: (I) the paper side and the machine sides having warps and wefts in repeated figures; (ii) on the paper surface of the layer, the repeated figures providing a weft path where the weft overpassing the warp yarn of the 1, 2, 3 continuous paper layer; (iii) a number of pairs of unbroken weft path occupied by the inner weft in the woven figure; and (iv) the paper layer with a weft path taken by the weft fixing yarn and the adjacent paper weft being the same, different; where the number of pairs of inner weft binding yarn woven, making: (a) in the first piece of the unbroken weft path; (1) the first portion and the first group of warp interwoven to occupy the first part of the unbroken weft path in the paper surface; (2) the first part overpassing the 1, 2 or 3 continuous paper warp; and (3) the second part of the pair interweaves at least one warp on the machne side; (b) immediate continuation to the second part on the unbroken weft path; (1)interweaving the second part of the pair with the second grup of the warp to occupy the second part of the unbroken weft path on the paper side; (2) the second part of the pair overpassing 1, 2 or 3 continuous paper warp; and (3) the first part of the pair and at least one warp yarn by the machine side interweave; (c) the first and the second parts in equal or different lengths; (d) the unbroken weft path on the paper surface in the paper wide taken by the first and second part in the inner weft yarn of the pair having single repeated figures; and (e) the continuous parts of the unbroken weft path on the paper surface in the paper wide taken by the first and second part in the inner weft yarn of the pair separated by at least one paper side warp on the paper side.
