Abstract

A multi-layer bending methof for zigzag tubes with a dissipation fins being the treated dissipation tubes continuously bent into zigzag shapes and overlapping onto the bent zigzag disspation tubes before being the zigzag dissipation tubes similarily and continuously into multiple layers, with the following steps: while the treated dissipation tubes in the axial direction of the dissipation tubes forward a programmed length, by means of a pair of rotation/up-down presseshorizontally positioned right/left bending bars against the mold for bending alternately the dissipation tube into U shapes to comlete the bending of the first layer of the dissipation zigzag tube; after the bending, and in the axial direction of the dissipation tube, the treated dissipation tube forwards a programmed length and by means of the rotation/up-down presses against the mold, the treated dissipation tube is bent into U shapes where the first layer of the dissipation zigzag tube raises to lift the articulation around the bending bar while maintaining itself tilting and forming a raised portion extending to the second layer; and further rotation of the first layer of dissipation zigzag tube to a horizontal level and by means of a pair of rotation/up-down presseshorizontally positioned right/left bending bars against the mold for bending alternately the dissipation tube into U shapes alternately to form the second layer of dissipation zigzag tube to keep it from overlapping beneath the first layer of the dissipation zig zag tube; then forwarding intermittently the treated dissipation tube in axial direction toward the center; where the steps are repeated the same way.
