A flat spanner with manual and alternative rotational control (1) which is operable under an angular gap and comprises a longitudinal handle (2) at least one end of which having an open fork (3) for tightening and/or loosening a hexagonal object (4) such as nut (4), bolt or other similar object; the branches (10 and 20, 16 and 26) of the fork (3) comprising thrust zones (11,12 and 21,22) for tightening and/or loosening and the throat (5) of the fork (3) comprises bearing zones for correctly positioning the hexagonal object (4), in which each branch (10 or 20, 16 or 26) comprises two thrust zones, one apical zone (11 and 21) and one basal zone (12 and 22), and the throat (5) of the fork (3) comprises at least two bosses (6,7 and/or 8) acting as bearing zones.
