Abstract

A lock structure, it includes: - Lock shaft, is a hollow tube, has formed a hole at front end, and formed a fasting hole at back end of hole. Install a slot at top of fastening hole and two long holes at side of lock shaft; - Lock bolt, is inserted at back end of lock shaft. Installed a fastening bolt to stop the block of brake and a rack at top edge of fastening part that is inserted into slot; - Lock casing, is a cylinder body to cover lock shaft. Installed a accommodating space at back end for putting half-fastening pin, and the bottom of fastening pin can put into long hole of lock shaft for fixing lock shaft in lock casing; - Block piece, is riveted at back end lock casing for stopping lock piece of lock shaft, and formed a turning hole for putting lock bolt. Install a convex point inside turning hole for limiting turning amplitude of lock bolt; - Several lock pieces, are circular pieces inserted into hole of lock shaft, and have central hole. Install a notch at circumference of each piece for putting half-fastening pin; - Driving piece, is arranged at the bottom of lock shaft hole, and has a central hole. Install a driving block at outer circumference for pushing rack to drive the fastening bolt to rotate; - Several pads, is used to separate each lock piece & driving piece. Install a convex piece on top for fixing inside long hole of lock shaft; - The key, is composed by a handle and a spindle for passing through the central hole of lock & driving piece. Set pre-determined number of teeth on spindle, and the teeth are formed different sectors as secret code according to the notch position of corresponding lock piece; By assembling above structures, separately arrange lock bolt and lock shaft to fit different fastening of lock body. The cross section of key presents 3/4 circle to increase the range of teeth angle and assemble several sets secret code for dust-proof and preventing burglary.
