A recycle tape manufacturing method comprises the following steps: - using cloth woven by residual polyester cotton to be material which is elastic, soft, and decomposable for recycle use.; - gluing one side of the residual polyester cotton to fill up the aperture; - silicon gluing the other side of the residual polyester cotton so that it is y detachable when two sides stick together and one side of the cloth would be water resistant; - baking the cloth at a certain temperature in a heating room so that material glued on two sides can be penetrated into the cloth; - gluing again one side of the cloth to make it sticky; - baking the cloth again at a certain temperature in a heating room so that the glue would be perfectly stuck on it; - cutting the cloth into appropriate length and then a recycle tape being finished.
