Abstract
An universal circuit for relatively high/low power voltage comprises of: (1) at least one MOS transistor whose gate and drain are connected to one power voltage which could be one relatively high or low power voltage; (2) one first inverter whose input end is connected to source of the transistor; and (3) one load element connected between the transistor source and one ground; When the power voltage is one relatively high voltage, after threshold voltage drop through transistor, on transistor source generating one first potential; and when the power voltage is one relatively low voltage, on transistor source generating one second potential, and state switching point of the first inverter is between the first and the second potential, so that when connected to different relatively high/low voltage, the first inverter has different logic output.
