The flyback transformer comprises a main case (13) which is stored inside the high voltage coil (3) and opens toward the side of focus pack case (19), an intermediate member (24) which is affixed with a conductive gum (23) so as to penetrate from the side of the main case (13) toward the focus pack case (19), and has a size big enough to close the opening of the main case (13), and a focus pack case (19) accommodating the resistor (9) connected with metal terminal (25); characterized in that the lead wire (3a) of the high voltage coil (3) is pirced into the conductive gum (23),the main case (13) is engaged with the intermediate member (24) to close the opening of the main case (13), the insulating material (21) is infused into the space formed by main case (13) and intermediate member (24) to be hardened, the focus pack case (19) is engaged with the intermediate member (24), part of the metal terminal (25) is pirced into the conductive gum (23), and the high voltage coil (3) is connected with the resistor (9) by means of conductive gum (23).
