Abstract
A direct heat transfer printing method by utilizing the residual heatof plastic injection molding; the products which have been just injectedhaving a temperature of about 200 deg.C; one side of the product suitablyattached to the surface of vator transfer printing paper when the productpasses through a group of pressing rollers; the hot air generated by ablower making the vator transfer printing paper attach securely withthe product, therefore the patterns or characters on the vator transferprinting paper completely and directly transferred to the surface ofthe injected product; the remaining waste film of the vator transferprinting paper received back by a roller.
