Abstract

A prestressed adjusting mechanism of a bearing comprises: - a first rhombic prism ring which establishes a concave channel at an appropriate location and the bottom of the concave channel is a first rhombic prism plane; - a flexible partitioning ring which can exactly embed in the above-mentioned concave channel on the first rhombic prism ring and having multiple penetrated channel holes uniformly distributed on it; - a second rhombic prism ring having a protruded block at an appropriate location and the edge of the protruded block is a second rhombic prism plane, also the protruded block is just plugged in the concave channel of the first rhombic prism ring to contain the flexible partitioning ring between them; - steel balls containing in each of the channel hole of the flexible partitioning ring and are kept from separating by constraining by the first and second rhombic prism ring. The forces on both sides of the first and second rhombic prism ring after being assembled are almost equal to the action of the bearings' inner rings. The steel balls are acting in radial and outward direction when they are subjected to the action of the centrifugal force as the spindle speed of a machine tool is accelerated gradually.
