Abstract
A fire grate combustion process for fluidized bed incinerator, which comprises, during the fire grate combustion, providing: river sand as the heat conduction fluidized medium so that when the river sand flows at high speed in the fluidized bed to provide characteristics such as high thermal conduction efficiency, high temperature non-brittleness and abrasion-resistance; coal mass as the main combustion material which is thrown into the fluidized medium from above the fire grate in which the coat mass is instantly wrapped and milled by the high speed river sand into coal particles which are burned completely in the fluidized medium; and dehydrated paper mill sludge as the de-sulfured grate material which is a de-sulfured bad fuel generated by the paper mill in which the dehydrated paper mill sludge is thrown into the fuidized medium from above the fire grate to be mixed homogeneously with the primary fuel.
