A heat-storage type burner, which comprises: a heat-storage body, which is divided into three chambers along the circumferential direction so that the fluid can flow through each chamber along the axial direction; a fuel nozzle penetrating the center of the heat-storage body and ejecting fuel; a double-pipe inlet and outlet mechanism, which is divided into an air supply chamber connected to the air supply system for combustion and an air discharge chamber connected to the gas discharge system for combusted gas by using annular partition wall; a switch mechanism which is located between the heat-storage body and the inlet and outlet mechanism to block the heat-storage body and the inlet and outlet mechanism in which the switch mechanism rotates continuously or intermittently so that the air discharge chamber of the inlet and outlet mechanism and the air supply chamber are sequentially connected to one chamber of the heat-storage body; which is characterized in that the high temperature air used for combustion and ejected from the heat-storage body is on the surrounding of the fuel stream continuously ejected.
