Abstract
A battery replacement mechanism for electric motorcycle, which is applicable on the electric motorcycle with frame and is used to replace the battery set with multiple wheels and corresponding first and second hanging ears; in which the battery replacement mechanism for electric motorcycle comprises: a battery set hanging bracket, which is used to load the battery set and the battery set hanging bracket is substantially a flat plate which comprises first, second, third, and fourth sides in which the first side corresponds to the third side and the second side corresponds to the fourth side, the first side is pivotally connected with a movable plate and the movable plate is installed with a first hasp hole which can detachably house the first hanging ear of the battery set, the first side is further installed with a first brace, and the third side is extended with a twisted section in which the twisted section is installed with a second hasp hole which can detachably house the second hanging ear of the battery set, and the third side is installed with a second brace; a two-stage loosement handle, which comprises a loosement handle which is pivotally connected to the frame and connected through steel rope, a first hook and a second hook, in which the first and second hooks are separately hooked on the first and second braces, and when the loosement handle is turned to the first stage only the first hook is detached and when the loosement handle is turned to the second stage the second hook is detached; and first pair of connecting rods separately located beside the second and fourth sides of the battery set hanging bracket in which one end of the first pair f connecting rods is pivotally connected on the frame through a pair of revolving shafts and the other end is pivotally connected on the second brace of the battery set hanging bracket so that when the two-stage loosement handle is turned to the first stage, the battery set hanging bracket rotates around the second brace until part of wheels of the battery set contact the ground first; when the two-stage loosement handle is turned to the second stage, the battery set hanging bracket rotate around the rotation shaft until all wheels of the battery set contact the ground.
