Abstract
A stitch-free anastomosis gun (addition one), which comprises: a gun head, which comprises a hollow cylinder and a fixation shaft which is threaded and extended downward from the bottom end of the gun head; a guide box, which slides downward and is inserted into the opening of the gun head for positioning of the fitting ring thereon; a fitting rod, which is installed with multiple axial grooves in which the rod head upwardly passes through the guide box and the center hole of fitting ring, and the bottom end of the fitting rod presses the compression spring on the bottom cover of guide box; a guide, which vertically passes the center hole of fixation shaft to connect the bottom end of fitting rod, in which the radial pin of fixation shaft passes through the axial groove of guide to restrict the movement range in the axial direction of the guide; a top rod, which is standing vertically in the center hole of the fitting rod and the guide and is fixed by penetration of the radial pin at the fixation shaft of gun head, in which the top rod is capable of pressing the head of fitting rod to extend outwardly; a barrel, which is a vertical tube; a center shaft, which is located inside the center hole of the barrel in which the lower section of the center shaft is made into a screw and the upper end of the center shaft is assembled with a connector; a rotation element, which is located at the bottom of barrel in which the center shaft screw is screwed into the center tapped hole of rotation element and through rotation of the rotation element to drive the center shaft to undergo axial displacement; in which through locking of the fixation shaft of bottom end of the gun head on the opening of top end of the barrel, the lower section of the guide inserts and locks in the connector of top end of the center shaft, and through the rotation element, to drive the center shaft, the guide and the fitting rod to jointly undergo axial displacement to buckle the upper and lower parts of the fitting ring.
