Abstract

A refrigerant recycling and cleaning system, which sequentially comprises: a window 23, a refrigerant temporary storage device 24, a first filter 25, a second filter 26, and a recycle machine 27; in which the recycle machine 27 sequentially comprises: a connection pipeline (high pressure hose 21 or low pressure hose 22), a shell-pipe-coil type heat exchanger 41, a front oil separator 43, a compressor 42, a rear oil separator 44, an air/refrigerant heat exchanger 60, a central exhaust device 70, a drier 80, a window 80 and a refrigerant storage cylinder 10; thereby, the process of recycling refrigerant contained in the freezing air condition system comprises the steps of: connecting the freezing air condition system to the window 23 to observe color of refrigerant when the refrigerant flows through the window in order to judge the mechanical status of the freezing air condition system, allowing the refrigerant to flow in the refrigerant temporary storage device 24 to be promptly contained and stored temporarily, followed by flowing through the first filter 25 to filter out impurities, then the second filter 26 to continue filtration of impurities contained in the refrigerant, next flowing through the high pressure hose 21 or low pressure hose 22 of the connection pipeline and entering the shell-pipe-coil type heat exchanger 41 to receive heat and vaporize into gaseous state, next flowing through the front oil separator 43 to separate and discharge the dirty refrigerant oil contained in the refrigerant, followed by being sucked into the compressor 42 to be compressed into high temperature high pressure gaseous refrigerant, next flowing through the rear oil separator 44 to separate the refrigerant oil contained therein to be recycled to the compressor 42 to continue to be used, next the refrigerant flowing through the shell-pipe-coil type heat exchanger 41 to be compressed by the compressor in order to reduce temperature of the high temperature refrigerant, next flowing through the air-refrigerant heat exchanger 60 to reduce temperature, next flowing through the exhaust device 70 to discharge the air or non-condensing gas contained therein, next flowing through the drier 80 to adsorb the moisture contained therein, next flowing through the window 81 to observe the final color and quality of the refrigerant, finally flowing to the storage cylinder 10 for storage.
