Abstract
A production process for 3-D prominent New Year's couplets, which mainly comprises the following steps: (a) inputting raw material: winding the raw material with undertone into bundle, clamping the formation board by a draw clamp and pulling the formation board toward right side so as to draw the formation board out of the machine and put the raw material sheet into the machine; (b) positioning: using a hollow rectangular frame to constitute an upper mold frame, hydraulically pulling the frame downward and using the oil seal to tightly press and position the raw material sheet; (c) cutting and softening: moving the heating pipe and heating plate forward while the cutting knife installed above the heating plate being used to cut the formation plate and raw material sheet apart to allowing the formation plate falling into the base seat while the heating plate located above the upper mold frame starting to soften the raw material sheet; (d) vacuum formation: pushing the lower mold upward by a hydraulic cylinder to clamp the softening raw material sheet between the upper and lower molds, tightening the clamping by an oil seal of upper mold frame to laminate the raw material on the lower mold, starting the hydraulic cylinder to form vacuum in the lower mold so as to soften the raw material sheet to be formed in the lower mold; (e) cooling: retracting the heating pipe and heating plate from the original route, spraying water by a spray head to fully cool off the formation plate, starting a blower to perform secondary cooling as well as blowing off moisture on the formation plate; (f) blow molding: pushing up the upper mold by a hydraulic cylinder and switching the hydraulic cylinder to the blowing position, blowing air into the lower mold so as to float the formation plate, pulling down the lower mold by the hydraulic cylinder, meanwhile moving the drawing clamp from right to left to pull the formation plate out of the machine while pulling in unprocessed raw material sheet into the machine to complete one cycle; repeating the above formation process and waiting for coloring; (g) coloring: moving the formation plate into a press cylinder to color the protruded parts by another paint, cutting the colored formation plate to obtain 3-D prominent New Year's couplets.
