Abstract

A process for producing rubber-modified styrenic resin, which comprises adding 10~100 weight percent of styrenic monomer (b) and 4~42 weight percent of acrylonitrilic monomer (c) into 100 weight percent (basis weight) of rubber emulsion (a) to undergo graft polymerization, which is characterized in that: 0.02~2.0 weight percent of phenolic antioxidant (d), which is existed in emulsion state or in the mixture of the styrenic monomer (b) and the acrylonitrilic monomer (c), is added into the rubber emulsion (a) during the reaction process and the total monomer feeding rate in the graft polymerization is maintained at 0.14~0.03 (kg monomer)/(hr)(kg rubber).
