Abstract

A reinforced composite steel material forming method consists of thearrangement fibre strings, the immersion treatment of the arranged fibrestrings, and the equipment's including the forming mold, the drawing devicefor drawing the finished product, and the cutting machine for manufacturingthe finished product of the composite material. The method is characterizedby that the reinforced materials primarily combined with different fibressuch as string's glass fibre, carbon fibre, aramid fibre, boron fibre andpolymerization resin fibre in the arrangement of the fibre strings occupy50 ~ 60% of the whole materials and are the major arrangement materials.Each fibre material is guided with a guiding board prior to forming to leadto the specified position sequentially such that a bigger string of fibrematerial can be composed. The whole fibre material after arrangementprocessing can be put in the material container that is filled with themixture of unsaturated polyethylene resin, ethylene resin, epoxide resin,and phenolplast resin for immersion treatment.he resins are added with1~2% hardening agent and the resins during mixing are added with filler toincrease the materials characteristics. The 0.1% ejection agent is added forejecting the squeeze-formed product out of the mold. The surfaces of outerring of the immersed fibre strings are again wrapped up with glass fibreblanket, and the whole fibre materials are led by the guiding board afterforming into a heated forming mold in accordance with the correspondinggroup. The finished product is drawn and cut as segments with the squeezingunit.
