Abstract

A threshold voltage compensation current source device is applicable to onepreset bias voltage, one preset bias current, one first preset voltage, onethe second preset voltage, one the first reference voltage and one the second reference voltage to output preset current. It includes one current source of MOS transistor with one gate end, one the first end coupled to the firstpreset voltage and one the second end, and due to the gate applied by thepreset bias voltage the preset current is output from the second end. Itfeatures that: 1. one first MOS transistor with one gate end, one first end and one secondend, and whose gate end and first end are coupled to the gate of currentsource of MOS transistor, and whose second end is coupled to the firstreference voltage to supply the preset bias to the gate of current sourceof MOS transistor; 2. one second MOS transistor with one gate end, one first end and one secondend, and whose second end is coupled to the second preset voltage, andwhose gate end is coupled to the second reference voltage and the firstend to the first end and gate end of the first MOS transistor to supplythe preset bias current to the first MOS transistor.
