A twin axle frame mechanism for door and window consists of the followings. A twin rotation axle assembly, horizontally and vertically symmetrical, is composed of circular shafts, upper and lower guide blocks, upward push blocks, anti-return blocks, return springs, and locking blocks. Supporting mechanisms, composed of frames and movable guide rails, and driving components, composed of sliding blocks, sliding strips, and spring strips, can fasten all components and transmit motions among rotation axles at each corner. The circular shaft is supported in the frame by the upper and the lower guide blocks. The sliding block is encased by the circular shaft and placed between the upper and the lower guide blocks. The return spring is encased by the circular shaft and placed between the upper guide block and the sliding block. The upward push block is devised at the bottom of the return spring and fastened on the circular shaft. The anti-return block is devised at the lower end of the circular shaft. The sliding strip, connected with the sliding block in the frame, can slide on the movable guide rail to drive the sliding block. Every horizontal or vertical sliding strip of the twin rotation axle assembly is connected with each other by the spring strip. When the transmission component moves both the upper and the lower sliding strips in the left (or right) movable guide rail synchronously toward the middle place, and also the upward push block, the return spring then extends to force the circular shaft retracting back into the frame. Due to moving of these sliding strips, the horizontal sliding strips are slided toward the left (or right) by the spring strips, the vertical sliding strips and the sliding blocks at right side are moved outward by those horizontal sliding strips, and then the circular shafts are pushed into the locking slots of the frame.
