81.9.25,000 218932 A6 五、發明説明(12 ) 電弧。電弧氣體環流倒板120夾著電弧行走板118之 副片123,卡合於固定接觭子122之突片127基端 。同時,從此突片127,介由電源側電線128,接在 後述電源配線6之輸出端子9之端子板194之腳片 1 9 9 〇 其次再參照第1圖至第4圖,第25圔至第32圔, 說明斷路機構24之動作原理如下。 亦即,將操作手柄52從第1圖至第4圔之斷狀態, 倒向第25圔至第32圔所示之接狀態方向後,栓鎖連桿 49便以受到跳脱連桿50栓鎖之狀態下,使第2可動軸 58在栓鎖連桿49之開縫71内從上方移動到下方,藉 此第2可動軸58使連結用連桿48移動。而當第3可動 軸5 9越過連結第2可動軸5 8與第2固定軸5 5之直線 而移動時,由於快速反轉,連結在連結用連桿48之可動 接觸子46便以第1固定軸54為中心而轉動,而如第 25圖至第28圖所示,使可動接點63接觸到固定接點 92。這時,第1固定軸54位於設在可動接觸子46中 間部位之橢圓形開缝6 1 a之中間,對可動接點6 3施加 壓接力。同時,跳脫狀態中之過電流跳脱,偽當第1圖至 第4圖所示之接狀態時,若在電路内有過電流通過,便因 雙金靥93之本身發熱,使空隙調節用螺拴97逐漸推壓 雙金屬連動板7 7,藉此推動跳脱連桿5 0,使栓鎖連桿 49之連結片70脱離繫止部75,藉開極彈簧47使栓 鎖連桿49轉動,同時可動接觸子46以第1固定軸54 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) —裝· 訂· 經濟部中央標準局貝工消費合作社印焚 本纸張尺度 -14 - 81.9.25,000 218932 A6 _B6_ 五、發明説明(13) 為中心,向離開固定接點92之方向轉動。而如第29圖 至第32圔所示,打開電源側接點60,同時使可動軸 58鈎住機架蓋89之開口緣89a,將操作手柄52保 持在中立狀態。短路跳脱則在第1圖至第4圖之接狀態下 ,若在電路内有短路電流通過時,檢出用電磁鐵94之可 動鐵心102會受到固定鐵心99吸引。因此跳脱連桿驅 動棒100被推出,推動跳脱連桿50之可動鐵心連動板 79,使跳脱連桿5◦轉動,因此栓錤連桿49被釋放, 而如上述,使可動接觸子46開極動作。惟,可動接觸子 46在藉這種連桿蓮動而開極以前,即與可動鐵心102 之動作完全在同時間,強制開極棒111之突緣部112 會繫止於可動接觴子46,將其拉過來,使可動接點63 離開固定接點92。亦即,跳脱連桿49在跳脱之前,可 動接觸子46以第1固定軸54為支點向壓縮開極彈簧 47之方向轉動,進行開極動作。 漏電檢出裝置26係如第33圖至第37圖所示,由 可以檢出電路之不平衡電流之零相變流器129,放大零 相變流器129之輸出之控制電路部130,將後述之試 驗鈕27之操作部137保持成從外殼1突出狀之可動接 觸板131,抵接於此可動接觭板131而經由後述之試 驗電路部1 4 1在零相變流器1 2 6産生不平衡電流之固 定接觸軸132,以及,安裝此等之漏電檢出用基板 133,所構成,此漏電檢出基板133配置在電源配線 6之輸出端子9附近。再者,漏電檢出用基板與零相變流 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)甲4規格(210 X 297公釐) -15 -
