A polyolefin composition with good flame retardancy and physical property, which comprises of (A) polyolefin, (B) high molecular weight PE, (C) talc, (D) bromo-PS, (E) titanium trioxide, and (F)PS-Polyolefin copolymer, in which the polyolefin is selected from PE homopolymer and its copolymers of free melt index between 0.8 to 20 gram/minute (measured at 190C, 2.16 kg weight); the high molecular weight PE has melt index between 0.01 to 0.5 gram/minute (measured at 190 C, 2.16 kg weight); the bromo-PS is selected from free poly(mono bromo-styrene), poly(dibromo-styrene), poly(tribromo-styrene), poly(tetrabromo-styrene), and their mixtures; based on total weight of (A), (B), and (C), polyolefin has 50%~80%, high molecular weight PE has 5%~25%, talc has 15%~35%, bromo-PS has 0.2%~0.4%, titanium trioxide has 0.05%~0.2%, and PS-Polyolefin copolymer has 0.05%~0.20%.
