一種以智慧手錶監控孕婦與胎兒狀態的方法、裝置及其腹部穿戴件,前述方法主要包含:將一智慧手錶可卸離地結合於一腹部穿戴件的一結合部,使該智慧手錶的一手錶量測單元與複數輔助量測單元共同構成一振動量測陣列;將該腹部穿戴件穿戴於一孕婦的一腹部;利用該手錶量測單元量測該腹部的一聲音訊號以獲得一綜合心律訊息;利用該振動量測陣列量測該腹部的一振動訊號以獲得一胎動訊息與一子宮收縮訊息;利用該手錶量測單元的一光學量測元件量測該腹部的一孕婦血管,獲得一孕婦心律訊息,以篩選出該綜合心律訊息當中的一胎兒心律訊息。A method, device and abdomen wearable device for monitoring the status of a pregnant woman and a fetus using a smart watch. The method mainly comprises: detachably combining a smart watch with a combination portion of an abdomen wearable device, so that a watch measurement unit of the smart watch and a plurality of auxiliary measurement units together form a vibration measurement array; wearing the abdomen wearable device on the abdomen of a pregnant woman; using the watch measurement unit to measure a sound signal of the abdomen to obtain a comprehensive heart rhythm message; using the vibration measurement array to measure a vibration signal of the abdomen to obtain a fetal movement message and a uterine contraction message; using an optical measurement element of the watch measurement unit to measure a pregnant woman's blood vessel in the abdomen to obtain a pregnant woman's heart rhythm message, and filtering out a fetal heart rhythm message from the comprehensive heart rhythm message.
