Abstract

A medicinal liquid-containing cotton swab package set and a cotton swab package are suitable for installing a medicine bottle containing medicinal liquid in a communicating manner. The cotton swab package includes a packaging bag defining an accommodating space internally treated to be negative pressure state, a plurality of cotton swabs accommodated in the accommodating space, and an airtight joint usable for installing the medicine bottle in the packaging bag in a communicating and assembling manner. The airtight joint can be driven by means of communication and assembly of the medicine bottle to change from a closed state in which the accommodating space is hermetically sealed from the outside to a communicated state in which the accommodating space is communicated to the medicine bottle. By means of a structural design in which the packaging bag of the cotton swab package is in a negative pressure state inside, the medicinal liquid in the medicine bottle can be conveniently and automatically sucked and adhered to the cotton swabs when the medicinal liquid is communicated and assembled. In this way, the convenience of taking the cotton swab with adhered medicinal liquid can be greatly improved.

The present invention relates to a medical consumable, in particular to a cotton swab package.

Cotton swabs are one of the most common medical supplies in medical institutions. When medical staff want to treat a patient's wound, they usually take out a cotton swab from a cotton swab package and open the medicine bottle of the desired solution, such as an alcohol bottle, a saline bottle or an iodine solution bottle, and then dip the cotton swab in alcohol, saline or iodine solution to wipe the wound for disinfection, cleaning or applying medicine. This method of storing cotton swabs and medicine separately and taking out one of the cotton swabs from the cotton swab package and dipping another one in the medicine when the medicine is needed is inconvenient and there is still room for improvement.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a cotton swab package kit containing medicated solution that can improve at least one disadvantage of the prior art.

Therefore, the cotton swab package kit containing medicine solution of the present invention comprises a cotton swab package and a medicine bottle installed in the cotton swab package. The cotton swab package comprises a packaging bag defining a negative pressure containing space inside, a plurality of cotton swabs contained in the containing space, and an airtight connector installed in the packaging bag. The airtight connector comprises a connecting tube connected to and installed in the packaging bag, and a sealing member airtightly arranged in the connecting tube.

The medicine bottle comprises a bottle body containing liquid medicine, and a plug connected to the bottle body and used to release the liquid medicine. The plug is inserted into the connecting tube, and the plug can be driven to move axially inward relative to the connecting tube, so that the plug moves from a first position to a second position piercing the sealing member and connecting the containing space.

Another object of the invention is to provide a cotton swab package that can improve at least one disadvantage of the prior art.

Therefore, the cotton swab package of the present invention is suitable for connecting and installing a medicine bottle containing liquid medicine. The cotton swab package includes a packaging bag defining a containing space in a negative pressure state, a plurality of cotton swabs contained in the containing space, and an airtight connector installed in the packaging bag and used for connecting and assembling the medicine bottle. The airtight connector can be driven by the connecting assembly of the medicine bottle and changes from a closed state that airtightly blocks the containing space from the outside to a connected state that connects the containing space and the medicine bottle.

The effect of the present invention is that: through the structural design of the cotton swab package with the internal negative pressure state, when the medicine bottle is connected, the medicine solution in the medicine bottle can be automatically sucked in and attached to the cotton swabs, which can greatly improve the convenience of taking the cotton swabs with the medicine solution.

1 and 2 , a first embodiment of the cotton swab package set containing medicine solution of the present invention comprises a cotton swab package 3 , a medicine bottle 4 installed on the cotton swab package 3 , and a clip 5 installed on the medicine bottle 4 .

The cotton swab package 3 includes an upright packaging bag 31 defining a containing space 310, an airtight joint 32 connected to the containing space 310 and installed at the bottom of the packaging bag 31, and a plurality of cotton swabs 33 uprightly arranged in the containing space 310. The packaging bag 31 is in the shape of a flat bag that is wide from left to right and narrow from front to back, and the containing space 310 is in a negative pressure state after being vacuumed.

The airtight connector 32 is connected and installed on the packaging bag 31, and is connected and assembled with the medicine bottle 4, and can be driven by the medicine bottle 4 to change from a closed state to a connected state. When in the closed state, the containing space 310 is airtightly blocked from the outside, and the containing space 310 is maintained in a negative pressure state. When it changes to the connected state, the containing space 310 and the medicine bottle 4 are connected.

The airtight joint 32 includes a connecting tube 321 axially mounted on the side of the bottom end of the packaging bag 31 and connected to the containing space 310, and a sealing member 322 airtightly arranged in the connecting tube 321 to airtightly close the connecting tube 321. In the present embodiment, the sealing member 322 is a diaphragm that can be pierced by the medicine bottle 4 and is arranged in the end of the connecting tube 321 adjacent to the packaging bag 31. However, since there are many types of sealing members 322 used to airtightly close the connecting tube 321 in a pierceable manner, such as rubber plugs or silicone plugs, etc., during implementation, in other embodiments of the present invention, the type of the sealing member 322 is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments.

The cotton swabs 33 are arranged in a left-right manner in the accommodating space 310. Each cotton swab 33 has a rod 331 extending up and down, and a cotton ball 332 arranged at the bottom end of the rod 331.

Referring to Figures 1, 2, and 3, the medicine bottle 4 includes a bottle body 41 containing a medicine solution 40, and a plug 42 connected to the bottom of the bottle body 41 and screwed into the connecting pipe 321. The bottle body 41 is made of a medical-grade material that can be elastically deformed, such as but not limited to PP (polypropylene), which can be deformed by the suction of the negative pressure suction force in the packaging bag 31. The medicine solution 40 is, for example, but not limited to, a disinfectant such as physiological saline, 75% alcohol, and iodine solution.

The plug connector 42 can be used to release the liquid medicine 40 contained in the bottle body 41. The plug connector 42 is generally L-shaped, and has an inserting section 421 that is airtightly screwed and inserted into the connecting tube 321 and can be used to release the liquid medicine 40, and a connecting section 423 that is generally perpendicular to the inserting section 421 and is connected and assembled between the inserting section 421 and the bottle body 41. The inserting section 421 has a tip portion 422 that gradually contracts toward the sealing member 322. The connecting section 423 can be deformed by radial elastic extrusion. The plug 42 can be screwed and driven to move axially inward relative to the connecting tube 321, and from a first position (as shown in FIG. 2 ) where the seal 322 has not been pierced, to a second position (as shown in FIG. 5 ) where the tip 422 pierces the seal 322 and connects to the accommodating space 310.

Referring to Figures 1, 3, and 4, the clip 5 is horizontally sleeved outside the connection section 423, and one end of the clip 5 is detachably connected to the side of the packaging bag 31, so that the medicine bottle 4 is uprightly arranged beside the packaging bag 31. In this first embodiment, the clip 5 is in the form of a sheet, and is connected to the packaging bag 31 by a local point-melting connection method, and the fused point can be destroyed by twisting, pulling, or shearing to separate the clip 5 from the packaging bag 31. However, in practice, the way in which the clip 5 is detachably connected to the packaging bag 31 is not limited to the above-mentioned state.

The clamp 5 is provided with a release hole 51 and a strip-shaped clamp hole 52 whose one end is radially connected to the release hole 51. The diameter of the release hole 51 is greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the connecting section 423, and the width of the clamp hole 52 is smaller than the diameter of the release hole 51, and is smaller than or equal to the extruded radial thickness of the connecting section 423 when it is radially extruded and deformed to a closed state. The clamp 5 can be operated to shift between a closed position (as shown in FIG. 1 ) and a release position (as shown in FIG. 4 ) relative to the connecting section 423. When in the closed position, the clip 5 is sleeved on the outside of the connecting section 423 with the clip hole 52, forcing the connecting section 423 to be elastically deformed to a closed state, thereby airtightly separating the bottle body 41 from the insertion section 421. When the moving clip 5 is shifted relative to the connecting section 423 so that the connecting section 423 moves from the clip hole 52 into the release hole 51, the clip 5 has changed to the release position, and the clip 5 will not squeeze the connecting section 423, and the connecting section 423 will be connected between the insertion section 421 and the bottle body 41.

When the cotton swab package set 200 containing medicine solution is used, the medicine bottle 4 is placed beside the packaging bag 31 with the bottle body 41 in an upright position, and the clip 5 is connected to the packaging bag 31 and is in the closed position with the clip hole 52 clamped outside the connecting section 423 of the plug 42. At this time, the plug 42 is in the first position where it has not pierced the sealing member 322, and the airtight connector 32 is still in the closed state, so the medicine solution 40 in the bottle body 41 cannot be released.

2, 4, and 5, when the cotton swab 33 soaked with medicine 40 is to be used, the clip 5 can be detached from the packaging bag 31, and the plug 42 of the medicine bottle 4 can be screwed relative to the packaging bag 31, for example but not limited to 90∘ or 270∘, so that the insertion section 421 of the plug 42 is screwed inward relative to the connecting tube 321, and the displacement changes from the first position to the second position where the tip 422 pierces the seal 322, thereby changing the airtight joint 32 from the closed state to the connected state connecting the plug 42 and the accommodating space 310.

Next, the clip 5 is moved to the release position where the release hole 51 is sleeved on the connecting section 423. At this time, the connecting section 423 will elastically recover and conduct the insertion section 421 and the bottle body 41. The liquid medicine 40 in the bottle body 41 will be sucked into the containing space 310 by the negative pressure suction in the containing space 310, and then soak the cotton balls 332 of the cotton swabs 33. At this time, the bottle body 41 and the cotton swab package 3 can be relatively turned to form an angle of approximately 90∘, and the bottle body 41 can be placed on a platform so that the cotton swab package 3 stands on the platform. Then, the top end of the packaging bag 31 can be opened, and the cotton swabs 33 with the liquid medicine 40 can be taken out for use.

Through the connection structure design between the cotton swab package 3 and the medicine bottle 4, the medical staff only needs to rotate the medicine bottle 4 relative to the cotton swab package 3 to puncture the seal 322, so that the medicine 40 in the medicine bottle 4 can be automatically sucked into the packaging bag 31 and attached to the cotton swabs 33, so that the cotton swabs 33 with the medicine 40 attached can be directly used conveniently.

In the first embodiment, the clip 5 is designed to be partially connected to the packaging bag 31 by point melting, so that the medicine bottle 4 can be placed next to the cotton swab package 3 before use, and multiple cotton swab packages containing medicine solution 200 can be conveniently arranged upright. However, in practice, the clip 5 is not limited to being connected to the packaging bag 31, and it is not necessary to set the clip 5. In addition, the sealing member 322 can also be changed to a silicone block that can be pierced airtight by the tip 422.

6 and 7 , the difference between the second embodiment of the cotton swab package set 200 containing medicine solution and the first embodiment lies in the connection structure design between the cotton swab package 3 and the medicine bottle 4. For the convenience of explanation, only the differences between the embodiments are described below.

In the second embodiment, the cotton swab package 3 and the medicine bottle 4 are designed to be separated, and the medicine bottle 4 is inserted into the cotton swab package 3 only when the cotton swab 33 with the medicine solution 40 is needed.

The seal 322 of the airtight connector 32 of the cotton swab package 3 is a silicone block airtightly plugged into the connecting tube 321. When the medicine bottle 4 is to be connected and installed in the cotton swab package 3, the tip 422 of the plug 42 directly pierces the seal 322 and is inserted into the connecting tube 321, so that the tip 422 is connected to the containing space 310 of the packaging bag 31, so that the medicine solution 40 in the medicine bottle 4 can be automatically sucked into the containing space 310 and attached to the cotton swabs 33.

Referring to Figs. 6, 8 and 9, in the second embodiment, the connecting tube 321 of the cotton swab package 3 is axially arranged on the packaging bag 31, and the plug connector 42 of the medicine bottle 4 is designed to be L-shaped, so that after the medicine bottle 4 is installed on the cotton swab package 3, the two will be approximately 90°, and the packaging bag 31 of the cotton swab package 3 can be placed in a lying position to make it easier to take out the cotton swab 33. However, in practice, in another embodiment of the second embodiment, the connecting tube 321 can also be horizontally connected to the bottom end of the packaging bag 31 in the front-to-back axial direction, and the plug connector 42 of the medicine bottle 4 can be designed to be a straight tube, so that after the plug connector 42 of the medicine bottle 4 is inserted into the connecting tube 321, it can also form an angle of approximately 90° with the packaging bag 31.

In summary, the packaging bag 31 of the cotton swab package 3 is designed to be in a negative pressure state, so that when the medicine bottle 4 is connected, the liquid medicine 40 in the medicine bottle 4 is automatically sucked and attached to the cotton swabs 33, which greatly improves the convenience of taking the cotton swabs 33 with the liquid medicine 40. The bottle body 41 of the medicine bottle 4 and the plug 42 can be further matched to make the medicine bottle 4 and the cotton swab package 3 substantially perpendicular to each other after being assembled, and the packaging bag 31 of the cotton swab package 3 is substantially upright by placing the bottle body 41 flat, so that the cotton swab 33 can be conveniently taken. Therefore, the liquid medicine cotton swab package set 200 and the cotton swab package 3 of the present invention are indeed quite innovative and convenient and practical creations, and can indeed achieve the purpose of the present invention.

However, the above is only an embodiment of the present invention and should not be used to limit the scope of implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the patent application of the present invention and the content of the patent specification are still within the scope of the present patent.

Claims (10)

A cotton swab bag is suitable for connecting and installing a medicine bottle containing liquid medicine, and comprises: A packaging bag, which defines a negative pressure containing space inside; A plurality of cotton swabs, which are contained in the containing space; and An airtight connector, which can be used for the medicine bottle connecting assembly to be installed on the packaging bag, and can be driven by the connecting assembly of the medicine bottle to change from a closed state that airtightly blocks the containing space from the outside to a connected state that connects the containing space and the medicine bottle. As described in claim 1, the cotton swab bag, the medicine bottle has a bottle body containing medicine, and a plug connected to the bottle body for releasing the medicine, wherein the airtight connector has a connecting tube connected to the packaging bag, and a seal that hermetically seals the connecting tube, and the airtight connector will change from the closed state to the connected state when the seal is inserted into the plug of the connecting tube and pierced airtightly. A cotton swab package set containing medicine solution, comprising: A cotton swab package, including a packaging bag defining a containing space treated to a negative pressure state, a plurality of cotton swabs contained in the containing space, and an airtight connector installed in the packaging bag, the airtight connector including a connecting tube connected to the packaging bag, and a sealing member airtightly arranged in the connecting tube; and A medicine bottle, including a bottle body containing medicine solution, and a plug connected to the bottle body and used to release the medicine solution, the plug can be driven to move axially inward relative to the connecting tube, and move from a first position not piercing the sealing member to a second position piercing the sealing member and connecting to the containing space. A medicated cotton swab package set as described in claim 6, wherein the connector is threadedly inserted in the connecting tube and can be driven to threadably move inward relative to the connecting tube, and threadably move from the first position to the second position of piercing the seal. A cotton swab package set containing medicine as described in claim 6, wherein the packaging bag is in an upright flat shape extending in the left and right width directions, each of the cotton swabs is uprightly arranged in the packaging bag, and has a rod extending up and down, and a cotton ball arranged at the bottom end of the rod for absorbing medicine, the connecting tube is horizontally extended and connected to the bottom end of the packaging bag, the plug head is generally L-shaped, and has an insertion section threadedly inserted in the connecting tube, and a connecting section connected to the bottle body, the insertion section has a tip portion that gradually tapers toward the seal and is used to pierce the seal. The cotton swab package kit containing medicated solution as claimed in claim 9 also includes a clip mounted on the outside of the connecting section, the clip is provided with a release hole, and a strip-shaped clip hole connected to the release hole with one end thereof and having a width smaller than the diameter of the release hole. The clip can be operated to allow the connecting section to pass through the release hole so that the connecting section is connected to the insertion section and the release position of the bottle body, and to allow the connecting section to pass through the clip hole for elastic deformation so as to drive the connecting section to change between a closed position that blocks the insertion section and the bottle body.
