Description

Maze Box

The present invention relates to a maze box, and in particular to a maze box for enhancing the fun of maze games.

A maze game is a game in which a number of channels are arranged in a restricted area, each of which has obstacles and at least one connecting channel that can be connected to other channels, so that a player can enter from an entrance and enter another channel through one of the connecting channels to reach an exit.

If the known maze game is presented in a plane composition, the player can see all the passages and connecting passages by visual observation, so that the player can easily and quickly complete the maze game. Moreover, the plane composition maze game has only a single path and a one-time nature. Therefore, after the player completes the plane composition maze game, the plane composition maze game cannot be played repeatedly, resulting in the low interest of the plane composition maze game.

Recently, although there are maze games provided by electronic devices, and the maze games of the electronic devices can provide maze games with various compositions and can be played repeatedly, when the players use the maze games of the electronic devices for a long time, it will cause damage to the players' eyes.

To solve the above problems, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a maze box that can hide the passages and connecting passages of the maze game to increase the difficulty of the maze game.

A second object of the present invention is to provide a maze box that can be played repeatedly and provides multiple maze game passages and connecting passages to enhance the fun of the maze game.

The directions or similar terms described throughout the present invention, such as "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper (top)", "lower (bottom)", "inside", "outside", "side", etc., are mainly with reference to the directions of the attached drawings. Each direction or its similar terms are only used to assist in the description and understanding of the various embodiments of the present invention, and are not used to limit the present invention.

The quantifiers "a" or "an" used in the elements and components described throughout the present invention are only for convenience of use and to provide a general meaning of the scope of the present invention; they should be interpreted in the present invention as including one or at least one, and the single concept also includes the plural case unless it is obvious that it means otherwise.

The similar terms such as "combination", "assembly" or "assembly" mentioned in the present invention mainly include the connection that can be separated without destroying the components, or the connection that makes the components inseparable, and those with ordinary knowledge in the field can choose according to the materials of the components to be connected or the assembly requirements.

The maze box of the present invention comprises: a box body having a receiving groove, the receiving groove having an opening, two opposite walls of the box body each having a first positioning portion; a path plate for being placed in the first positioning portion, the path plate having at least one guide path, each of the guide paths having at least one channel and at least one connecting channel, at least one connecting channel connecting two adjacent channels; and a cover plate assembly, which is detachably placed on the opening of the box body and covers the path plate. The cover plate assembly comprises a substrate and at least one movable plate, wherein the substrate and the at least one movable plate each have a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, wherein the at least one movable plate is attached to the first surface of the substrate by the second surface and moves, wherein the at least one movable plate has at least one guide block on the second surface, wherein each of the at least one guide block has a guide portion, wherein each of the guide portions passes through at least one first guide hole of the substrate and extends into the channel and the connecting channel for movement.

Accordingly, the maze box of the present invention, because the passage and the connecting passage are shielded and can be arranged in plural, the player can only move in the passage by the at least one moving plate, and the cover plate assembly moves to another passage relative to the box body, until the guide portion on the at least one moving plate enters the final connecting passage, the guide portion can pass through the at least one notch located at the insertion port, so that the cover plate assembly can be taken out from the insertion port to complete the maze game. The maze box of the present invention can increase the difficulty of the maze game and can be played repeatedly, and will not cause light stimulation to the eyes of the player. In particular, the maze box of the present invention can be configured with several sets of the path plates and the cover plate assembly by a box body, so that the diversity and fun of the maze box can be increased.

The two opposite walls of the box body each have a second positioning portion, the second positioning portion is located above the first positioning portion, and a top end of a wall located between the two opposite walls is lower than the top ends of the two opposite walls, so that the top end of the wall forms an insertion opening, and the top end of the wall of the insertion opening is located between the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion. In this way, the cover assembly can be conveniently inserted through the insertion opening, and the cover assembly can be detachably combined with the second positioning portion.

The top of the wall forming the insertion opening has at least one notch for each guide portion to pass through. Thus, the guide portion of the at least one guide block of the cover plate assembly can be aligned with the at least one notch, so that the cover plate assembly can be smoothly inserted into the receiving groove of the box body, and conveniently moved in the reverse direction to be taken out of the receiving groove of the box body.

The second positioning portion is a guide rail, and the cover plate assembly is detachably connected to the box body by a set of guide grooves at two sides. In this way, the cover plate assembly can be conveniently placed in the receiving groove of the box body, or taken out from the receiving groove of the box body.

The path plate has at least one gripping portion, so that the path plate can be conveniently lifted and pushed in the reverse direction so that the path plate can be taken out from the receiving groove of the box body.

The passages and connecting passages of the path board are formed in plural numbers, and the passages are parallel to each other and only one connecting passage connects the two adjacent passages. In this way, the difficulty of the maze game can be increased and the gamers can be attracted to play the game repeatedly.

Each of the moving boards has a pull portion protruding from the first surface, so that the player can conveniently move the at least one moving board.

Among them, one of the walls of the box body having the first positioning portion has a low wall portion, which is used for the second surface of each of the moving plates to pass over the low wall portion. In this way, each of the moving plates can be easily moved and protruded from the outer side of the box body.

The cover plate assembly further comprises a bottom plate and at least one fixed plate, the bottom plate is located on the second surface of the base plate, the at least one fixed plate is attached to the first surface of the base plate through the second surface, and each of the at least one fixed plate is connected to a second connecting portion of the bottom plate through a through hole of the base plate by a first connecting portion. In this way, the at least one fixed plate, the base plate and the bottom plate can be connected to one body, so that the cover plate assembly can be conveniently placed in the box body and each of the movable plates can be moved.

The bottom plate has at least one second guide hole for the guide portion of the at least one guide block to pass through the at least one second guide hole to extend into the channel and the connecting channel in the path for movement. In this way, each of the moving plates can move smoothly.

The at least one fixed plate and the at least one movable plate are arranged alternately, and the first surface of the at least one fixed plate and the first surface of the at least one movable plate each have a pattern, and the patterns on the two surfaces can be staggered or aligned. In this way, information can be provided for the game player to move the movable plate for inspiration and memory.

The maze box of the present invention further comprises a locking device, wherein a hole is provided on one of the walls of the box body having the first positioning portion, and the hole is used for a control seat to be positioned and rotated, and the control seat has a control plate that rotates synchronously, and the rotation center of the control plate and the periphery of the control plate are of multiple different sizes. In this way, each of the moving plates can be restricted from moving and protruding from the outer side of the box body, so that the maze box cannot provide the effect of the game.

The seat hole has at least one first engaging portion, and the control seat has a second engaging portion, and the second engaging portion is used to engage with the first engaging portion, so that the control seat cannot rotate relative to the seat hole. In this way, after rotating the control board to a fixed position, the control board can be fixed in the fixed position.

The control seat has a connecting rod, which passes through a connecting hole of the control board and is combined with a driving member. In this way, the driving member can drive the control board to rotate and make the control seat move axially.

The locking device has a reset element for driving the control seat to reset. Thus, when the pulling force on the driving member disappears, the reset element can drive the control seat to reset.

In order to make the above and other purposes, features and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the following specifically cites the preferred embodiments of the present invention and describes them in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, the same symbols in different drawings are regarded as the same and their descriptions are omitted.

Please refer to Figures 1 and 2, which are a preferred embodiment of the maze box of the present invention, which is composed of a box body 1, a path plate 2 and a cover plate assembly 3. The path plate 2 can be placed in a receiving groove of the box body 1, and the cover plate assembly 3 can be combined with the box body 1, and the cover plate assembly 3 has at least one sliding member 31, which can move relative to the box body 1 and the path plate 2.

The box body 1 can be in various geometric shapes, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In the present embodiment, the box body 1 is described by taking a square body as an example. The box body 1 has a receiving groove S, and the receiving groove S has an opening, so that the path plate 2 is placed in the receiving groove S and adjacent to the opening. In the present embodiment, the two opposite walls of the box body 1 forming the receiving groove S each have a first positioning portion 11, so that the path plate 2 can be placed in the first positioning portion 11 and adjacent to the opening. Preferably, the two opposite walls of the box body 1 can also each have a second positioning portion 12, and the second positioning portion 12 is located above the first positioning portion 11, so that the cover plate assembly 3 is detachably coupled to the second positioning portion 12 and is used to close the opening. The second positioning portion 12 may be a guide rail, so that the cover plate assembly 3 can be detachably coupled to the box body 1 through a set of guide grooves 31 at two sides.

Preferably, the top of a wall between the two opposite walls having the first positioning portion 11 of the box body 1 is lower than the tops of the two opposite walls, so that the top of the wall forms an inlet 13, and the top of the wall forming the inlet 13 can be located between the first positioning portion 11 and the second positioning portion 12, so that when the path plate 2 is placed in the first positioning portion 11, the upper surface of the path plate 2 (according to the drawing) can be flush with or slightly lower than the top of the wall forming the inlet 13, and when the cover plate assembly 3 is combined with the second positioning portion 12, the cover plate assembly 3 can be close to the path plate 2. The top of the wall forming the inlet 13 can also have at least one notch 14 (described later).

Please refer to Figures 3 and 4, the path plate 2 can be placed in the first positioning portion 11 of the box body 1, so that the path plate 2 can be adjacent to the opening. Preferably, the upper surface of the path plate 2 is flush with or slightly lower than the top of the wall forming the insertion port 13. In this embodiment, the two opposite sides of the path plate 2 each have a protruding flange 21, and the flange 21 can be embedded between the first positioning portion 11 and the second positioning portion 12, so that the path plate 2 can enter the receiving groove S of the box body 1 in a push manner, and the path plate 2 can be lowered and placed in the first positioning portion 11. To facilitate the removal of the path plate 2, the path plate 2 may have at least one gripping portion 22. In this embodiment, the at least one gripping portion 22 may be two holes to facilitate the reverse movement of the path plate 2 so that the path plate 2 can be removed from the receiving slot S of the box body 1.

Please refer to FIG. 1 , the path plate 2 has at least one guide path. In this embodiment, there are three guide paths 23, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Each of the guide paths has at least one channel 23 and at least one connecting channel 24. The at least one channel 23 extends in a first direction. The at least one connecting channel 24 connects the at least one channel 23 and extends in a second direction. Preferably, the channels 23 and the connecting channels 24 are plural in number, and each of the channels 23 is parallel to each other. Furthermore, at least one connecting channel 24 connects two adjacent channels 23. Preferably, only one connecting channel 24 connects the two adjacent channels 23.

Please refer to Figures 1 and 3, the cover assembly 3 is detachably placed on the opening of the box body 1 and covers the path plate 2. In this embodiment, the two opposite sides of the cover assembly 3 each have a guide groove 31, and the two guide grooves 31 can be embedded in the two second positioning portions 12 of the box body 1, so that the cover assembly 3 can be inserted or removed from the insertion port 13 of the box body 1.

Please refer to FIGS. 5 and 6 , the cover plate assembly 3 is composed of a substrate 32 and at least one moving plate 33. The substrate 32 has a first surface 32a and a second surface 32b opposite to each other. The first surface 32a can be attached and moved by the second surface 33b of the at least one moving plate 33. The moving plate 33 has a first surface 33a and a second surface 33b opposite to each other. The second surface 33b has at least one guide block 34. Each of the at least one guide block 34 has a guide portion 341. The at least one guide portion 341 passes through the at least one first guide hole 321 of the substrate 32 and protrudes from the second surface 32b, so that the guide portion 341 can extend into the channel 23 and the connecting channel 24 for movement. In this embodiment, three guide blocks 34 pass through different first guide holes 321 and are respectively coupled to the coupling holes 331 of three moving plates 33 .

Preferably, each of the moving plates 33 may also have a positioning hole 332, each of the positioning holes 332 is combined with a stopper 35, each of the stopper 35 may be respectively aligned with a first stopper hole 322 of the base plate 32, so that each of the moving plates 33 can only move within a predetermined range. In addition, the first surface 33a of each of the moving plates 33 may have a pull portion 333, and the pull portion 333 may protrude from the first surface 33a as shown in the figure, so that the player can easily move the at least one moving plate 33.

Please refer to Figures 1, 10 and 11. In order to enable each movable plate 33 to be moved, one of the walls of the first positioning portion 11 of the box body 1 has a low wall portion 15, so that when the cover plate assembly 3 is inserted through the insertion opening 13 of the box body 1, the second surface 33b of each movable plate 33 can pass through the top of the low wall portion 15, so that each movable plate 33 can protrude from the outer side of the box body 1.

The cover plate assembly 3 may also have a bottom plate 36 and at least one fixing plate 37. The bottom plate 36 may be located on the second surface 32b of the substrate 32. The at least one fixing plate 37 may be attached to the first surface 32a of the substrate 32 through the second surface 37b. The at least one fixing plate 37 may be combined with a second combining portion 361 of the bottom plate 36 through a first combining portion 371 passing through the through hole 323 of the substrate 32. The first combining portion 371 may be a column passing through the through hole 323 of the substrate 32, so that the at least one fixing plate 37, the substrate 32 and the bottom plate 36 are combined into one body. The bottom plate 36 has at least one second guide hole 362, so that the guide portion 341 of the at least one guide block 34 may pass through the at least one second guide hole 362 to extend into the channel 23 and the connecting channel 24 for movement. The bottom plate 36 may also have at least one second limiting hole 363, and each of the second limiting holes 363 may be respectively aligned with the first limiting hole 322 of the base plate 32, so that each of the limiting blocks 35 can only move within the first limiting hole 322 and the second limiting hole 363 at the relative position, so as to limit each of the moving plates 33 to move only within a predetermined range.

Please refer to Figures 1, 9 and 10. Preferably, the at least one fixed plate 37 and the at least one movable plate 33 are arranged alternately, and the first surface 37a of the at least one fixed plate 37 and the first surface 33a of the at least one movable plate 33 each have a pattern P. When the at least one movable plate 33 moves relative to the at least one fixed plate 37, the pattern P can be staggered or aligned. Through the design of the pattern P and the configuration of the channel 23 and the connecting channel 24, information can be provided for the player to move the movable plate 33 for inspiration and memory.

Please note that the path plate 2 and the cover plate set 3 are designed to be matched. Therefore, the maze box of the present invention can be configured with several sets of the path plate 2 and the cover plate set 3 by one box body 1. In this way, the diversity and interest of the maze box can be increased, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

Please refer to the first and third figures, the maze box of the present invention may further include a locking device 4, which can be used to limit each of the moving plates 33 from moving and protruding from the outer side of the box body 1, so that the maze box cannot provide a game. The box body 1 has a wall with the low wall 15 and is provided with a seat hole 16, and the seat hole 16 can be used for a control seat 41 to position and rotate. The control seat 41 has a control plate 45 that rotates synchronously. The control plate 45 can be an eccentric plate, so that the rotation center of the control plate 45 and the periphery of the control plate 45 have multiple different sizes, so that the periphery of the control plate 45 can be lower, higher or flush with the low wall 15 of the box body 1.

In this embodiment, the control seat 41 is positioned and rotated in the seat hole 16 with a circular diameter portion 42, and the seat hole 16 also has at least one first engaging portion 161, and the control seat 41 has at least one second engaging portion 43, and the second engaging portion 43 can be engaged with the first engaging portion 16, so that the control seat 41 cannot rotate relative to the seat hole 16. Preferably, the control seat 41 has a connecting rod 44, and the connecting rod 44 passes through a connecting hole 451 of the control board 45 and is combined with a driving member 46, and the driving member 46 can drive the control board 45 to rotate and make the control seat 41 move axially.

Referring to FIG. 7 , the player can pull the driving member 46 to make the control seat 41 move axially, separate the second engaging portion 43 from the at least one first engaging portion 161, and make the circular portion 42 aligned with the seat hole 16, so that the driving member 46 can drive the control board 45 to rotate. In this embodiment, the control board 45 is formed into a quadrilateral, wherein one circumference can be flush with the low wall portion 15 of the box body 1 (as shown in FIG. 8 ), so that the second surface 33b of each of the moving plates 33 can pass through the top of the low wall portion 15 and the control board 45, so that each of the moving plates 33 can protrude from the outer side of the box body 1. Alternatively, one peripheral edge of the control panel 45 may protrude from the lower wall portion 15 of the box body 1 (as shown in FIG. 3 ) to prevent the movable panels 33 from protruding from the outer side of the box body 1 .

Please refer to Figures 1, 3, and 7 again. When the pulling force on the drive member 46 disappears, the control seat 41 can be reset by a reset element 47. The reset element 47 can be a known elastic element, or as shown in the figure, the reset element 47 can be a magnet. The reset element 47 can be fixed to a support member 48, and the support member 48 can be fixed to the box body 1. The reset element 47 can attract a magnetic member 49 of the control seat 41 to reset the control seat 41, so that one peripheral edge of the control panel 45 is always maintained on the low wall portion 15 protruding from the box body 1 (as shown in Figure 3), or is flush with the low wall portion 15 of the box body 1 (as shown in Figure 8).

Please refer to Figures 2 and 3, which are the assembly of the maze box of the present invention. The path plate 2 is placed in the receiving groove S of the box body 1, and the path plate 2 is supported by the first positioning portion 11. The guide portion 341 of the at least one guide block 34 of the cover plate assembly 3 is aligned with the at least one notch 14 of the insertion port 13, and each guide portion 341 can move along each connecting channel 24, and the two guide grooves 31 of the cover plate assembly 3 can be embedded in the two second positioning portions 12. When one of the guide portions When 341 encounters an obstruction in the channel 23, it is necessary to move the at least one moving plate 33 (as shown in FIG. 10 ) so that the guide portion 341 can enter another connecting channel 24 so that the cover plate assembly 3 can continue to move forward until all the guide portions 341 enter the final channel 23. The cover plate assembly 3 can be placed in position to complete the assembly of the maze box, and the player can move the at least one moving plate 33 so that the cover plate assembly 3 can be moved in the opposite direction to be taken out (as shown in FIG. 11 ).

Please refer to Figures 10 and 11. When moving the at least one moving plate 33, the player can be inspired or memorized by the pattern P on the first surface 33a of the at least one moving plate 33 and the pattern P on the first surface 37a of the at least one fixed plate 37, making the maze game more interesting.

In summary, the maze box of the present invention, because the passage and the connecting passage are shielded and can be set in plural, the player can only move in the passage by the at least one moving plate, and move the cover plate set to another passage relative to the box body, until the guide part on the at least one moving plate enters the final connecting passage, the guide part can pass through the at least one notch located at the insertion port, so that the cover plate set can be taken out from the insertion port to complete the maze game. The maze box of the present invention can increase the difficulty of the maze game and can be played repeatedly, and will not cause light stimulation to the eyes of the player. In particular, the maze box of the present invention can be configured with several sets of the path plates and the cover plate set by a box body, so that the diversity and fun of the maze box can be increased.

Although the present invention has been disclosed using the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, they are not intended to limit the present invention. Any person skilled in the art may make various changes and modifications to the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and the scope of protection of the present invention shall include all changes within the meaning and equivalent scope recorded in the attached patent application.

Claims (15)

A maze box, comprising: A box body, having a receiving groove, the receiving groove having an opening, and two opposite walls of the box body each having a first positioning portion; A path plate, for being placed in the first positioning portion, the path plate having at least one guide path, each of the guide paths having at least one channel and at least one connecting channel, at least one connecting channel connecting two adjacent channels; and A cover plate assembly is detachably placed on the opening of the box body and covers the path plate. The cover plate assembly has a substrate and at least one moving plate. The substrate and the at least one moving plate each have a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The at least one moving plate is attached to the first surface of the substrate by the second surface and moves. The at least one moving plate has at least one guide block on the second surface. Each of the at least one guide block has a guide portion. Each of the guide portions passes through at least one first guide hole of the substrate and extends into the channel and the connecting channel to move. As in the maze box of claim 1, wherein the two opposing walls of the box body each have a second positioning portion, the second positioning portion is located above the first positioning portion, and a top end of a wall located between the two opposing walls is lower than the top ends of the two opposing walls, so that an entrance is formed at the top end of the wall, and the top end of the wall of the entrance is located between the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion. As in the maze box of claim 2, the top of the wall forming the entrance has at least one notch for allowing each of the guide parts to pass through the notch. As in the maze box of claim 1, wherein the second positioning portion is a guide rail, and the cover plate assembly is detachably connected to the box body by a set of guide grooves on two sides. A maze box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the path plate has at least one gripping portion. As in the maze box of claim 1, the channels and the connecting channels of the path plate are plural in number, and the channels are parallel to each other and only one connecting channel connects the two adjacent channels. A maze box as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the movable plates has a pull portion protruding from the first surface. As in claim 7, a maze box, wherein one of the walls of the box body having the first positioning portion has a low wall portion for allowing the second surface of each movable plate to pass over the low wall portion. As in the maze box of claim 1, the cover plate assembly further comprises a bottom plate and at least one fixed plate, the bottom plate is located on the second surface of the substrate, the at least one fixed plate is attached to the first surface of the substrate by the second surface, and the at least one fixed plate is each connected to a second connecting portion of the bottom plate through a through hole of the substrate by a first connecting portion. As in the maze box of claim 9, wherein the base plate has at least one second guide hole for allowing the guide portion of the at least one guide block to pass through the at least one second guide hole to extend into the channel and the connecting channel in the path and move. As in the maze box of claim 9, wherein the at least one fixed plate and the at least one movable plate are alternately arranged, and the first surface of the at least one fixed plate and the first surface of the at least one movable plate each have a pattern, and the patterns of the two surfaces can be staggered or aligned. The maze box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11 further comprises a locking device, wherein the box body has a wall surface having the first positioning portion and a seat hole is provided thereon, the seat hole is used for a control seat to perform positioning rotation, the control seat has a control plate that rotates synchronously, and the rotation center of the control plate and the periphery of the control plate are of multiple different sizes. As in the maze box of claim 12, wherein the seat hole has at least a first engaging portion, and the control seat has a second engaging portion, and the second engaging portion is used to engage with the first engaging portion so that the control seat cannot rotate relative to the seat hole. A maze box as claimed in claim 12, wherein the control base has a connecting rod that passes through a connecting hole of the control panel and is connected to a driving member. A maze box as claimed in claim 12, wherein the locking device has a reset element for driving the control seat to reset.
