Description

Method for forming fabric pattern color by resist dyeing and automatic spray dyeing

The present invention provides a mixed dyeing method, in particular a method for forming a fabric pattern color by resist dyeing and automatic spray dyeing. By using the resist dyeing and automatic spray dyeing method and equipment, the pattern is printed by a printing device and the resist agent is pressed on the fabric pattern at the same time, and the automatic spray dyeing equipment sprays various colors and patterns on the fabric, so that the pattern and mixed dyeing processing of the fabric can be completed at one time.

There are many ways to dye conventional fabrics after printing patterns, such as tie dyeing for dyed cloth and hang dyeing for ready-made clothes. The conventional dyeing method is to mix the dye and water in a dye vat and then place the fabric in the dye vat for dyeing.

However, the following deficiencies still exist in the practice: First, the pre-printed pattern may be mixed with other colors in the dye vat; second, this fabric material can only be dyed with cotton material, because cotton material can be dyed at low temperature, while polyester fiber (Poly), polyamide fiber (Nylon) and other materials need to be dyed at high temperature; third, if the fabric needs to be dyed into multiple colors, the fabric needs to be processed several times, making the dyeing process complicated; fourth, a large amount of water is needed to mix the dye, and a large amount of mixed dye will remain after dyeing, and the discharged wastewater is harmful to ecological environment protection.

Therefore, in response to the above-mentioned problems, how to develop a more ideal and practical innovative method is what consumers are eagerly looking forward to, and it is also the goal and direction that relevant industries must work hard to develop breakthroughs.

The present invention discloses a method for forming a fabric pattern by resist dyeing and automatic spray dyeing, which comprises the following steps: a preparation step: presetting a hollow pattern on a printing mold of a printing device; a printing and resist dyeing step: placing a fabric to be dyed on a conveyor belt, and the fabric to be dyed enters the printing device through the conveyor belt for pattern printing, and the hollow pattern on the printing mold can be printed on the fabric to be dyed by a resist dyeing agent, so that the hollow pattern on the fabric to be dyed is printed on the fabric to be dyed. The formed pattern has the resist agent; drying step: the fabric to be dyed after the pattern is printed and the resist is completed is transported by the conveyor belt to a drying device, and is dried by the drying device at 130-160°C to fix the resist agent on the pattern of the fabric to be dyed; spraying step: the dried fabric to be dyed is transported to an automatic spraying device, and the fabric to be dyed with the pattern printed is sprayed, wherein the automatic spraying device is provided with a plurality of spraying devices, each of which sprays The device is electrically connected to a controller, and the controller can control the spraying sequence, spraying time and spraying amount of each spraying device. When the fabric to be dyed passes by, each spraying device will spray the dye on the fabric to be dyed in sequence according to the instructions of the controller. At this time, the pattern on the fabric to be dyed is attached with the resist, so the dye cannot be attached thereto. The dye will only be attached to the part of the fabric to be dyed without the resist. The pattern is sprayed on the fabric to be dyed by each spraying device. and pigment to form a dyed fabric; steam fixing step: the dyed fabric is transported to a steam device, and the dyed fabric is fixed by saturated steam at 100-160° C. for 5-10 minutes inside the steam device, so that the dye is tightly attached to the dyed fabric, and then the dyed fabric that has completed the color fixing is transported to a storage device for temporary storage; washing step: the dyed fabric in the storage device is then transported to a special washing machine for washing, and then a finished product is obtained after drying.

With the above structure, the advantages of the present invention are as follows:

1. Preventing other pigments from being mixed: Using the printing equipment, the dye-resist agent is attached to the pattern of the fabric to be dyed, so that the pattern of the fabric to be dyed will not be mixed with other pigments during dyeing.

2. Prevent the resist from falling off: The fabric to be dyed is sprayed with the automatic spraying equipment instead of placing the fabric to be dyed in a dyeing tank for immersion dyeing as is known, so that the resist from falling off due to friction with other fabrics can be avoided.

4. Environmental protection: The dye is directly sprayed onto the fabric to be dyed by using the spraying device, and the saturated steam of the steam equipment is used to fix the dye. The dyeing can be completed without using water and high temperature fixing in the whole process. In addition to reducing the cost of water and electricity, it is also environmentally friendly.

Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, which are schematic diagrams of process blocks, system schematic diagrams and partial cross-sectional diagrams of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which disclose a method for forming a fabric pattern by resist dyeing and automatic spray dyeing, which comprises the following steps:

Preparation step S1: Preset a hollow pattern on a printing mold 11 of a printing device 10. In the embodiment of the present invention, the printing mold 11 can be a cylindrical screen with a hollow pattern (cylindrical screen printing), a flat screen (flat screen printing) or a pattern engraved on a drum (gravure printing).

12。Printing and resist dyeing step S2: a fabric 20 to be dyed is placed on a conveyor belt 30. The fabric 20 to be dyed can be cloth or ready-made clothes. The fabric 20 to be dyed is transported by the conveyor belt 30 to enter the printing device 10 for pattern printing. The hollow pattern on the printing mold 11 can be embossed on the fabric 20 using a resist agent 12. The resist agent 12 can be one of white paste and sodium acrylate or a combination thereof, so that the pattern formed on the fabric 20 to be dyed has the resist agent 12.

When the printing mold 11 is a cylindrical screen, it is fixedly installed above the rubber guide belt of the printing equipment 10 that circulates and can rotate synchronously with the rubber guide belt. When the pattern is printed, the anti-dyeing agent 12 flows into the cylindrical screen and is stored at the bottom of the cylindrical screen. When the cylindrical screen rotates with the rubber guide belt, the scraper pressed against the bottom of the cylindrical screen and the cylindrical screen are scraped and pressed relative to each other, so that the anti-dyeing agent 12 passes through the pattern on the cylindrical screen and reaches the surface of the fabric 20 to be dyed.

Among them, when the printing mold 11 is a flat screen, it is fixed on the square frame of the printing equipment 10. The pattern of the flat screen can pass through the anti-dyeing agent 12, and the non-pattern area is covered with a polymer film layer for sealing. When the pattern is printed, the flat screen presses the fabric 20 to be dyed. At the same time, the flat screen is provided with the anti-dyeing agent 12, and its scraper is used to scrape and press back and forth, so that the anti-dyeing agent 12 passes through the pattern on the flat screen and reaches the surface of the fabric 20 to be dyed.

When the printing mold 11 is a roller, the pattern is engraved on the roller, that is, the pattern appears in the concave part of the roller. When printing the pattern, the resist 12 is first applied to the surface of the roller, and then the resist 12 on the roller without the pattern is scraped off with a scraper, so that the resist 12 is left on the roller with the pattern. When the roller is pressed on the fabric 20 to be dyed, the resist 12 is transferred to the fabric 20 to be dyed, so that the resist 12 passes through the pattern of the roller and reaches the surface of the fabric 20 to be dyed. The resist 12 can be further added with an oily auxiliary agent.

Drying step S3: After the pattern is printed and the resist is completed, the fabric 20 to be dyed is transported by the conveyor belt 30 to a drying device 40, and is dried by the drying device 40 at 130-160°C, so that the resist 12 is fixed on the pattern of the fabric 20 to be dyed.

21。Dyeing step S4: The dried fabric 20 is then transported to an automatic dyeing device 50 via the conveyor belt 30, and the fabric 20 printed with the pattern is sprayed. The automatic dyeing device 50 is provided with a plurality of spraying devices 51, each of which is electrically connected to a controller 60. Each of the spraying devices 51 has a group of spray heads 52 and a dye barrel 53. Each of the group of spray heads 52 is connected to each of the dye barrels 53. Each of the dye barrels 53 contains dyes of different colors. The controller 60 can control each of the spraying devices 51 to spray different colors of dyes. The spraying sequence, spraying time and spraying amount of the grouped nozzles 52 are such that when the fabric 20 to be dyed on the conveyor belt 30 passes by, each of the grouped nozzles 52 will spray the dye on the fabric 20 to be dyed in sequence according to the instruction of the controller 60. At this time, the pattern on the fabric 20 to be dyed is attached with the resist 12, so that the dye cannot be attached thereto. The dye will only be attached to the part of the fabric 20 to be dyed without the resist 11. The pattern and the pigment are sprayed on the fabric 20 to be dyed by each of the grouped nozzles 52 to form a dyed fabric 21.

The dried fabric 20 can also be transported to the automatic spray-dyeing device 50 for spray-dyeing via a transport vehicle such as a car (not shown).

Steam color fixing step S5: The dyed fabric 21 is conveyed by the conveyor belt 30 to a steam device 70, and the dyed fabric 21 is color fixed by saturated steam at 100-160°C for 5-10 minutes inside the steam device 70, so that the dye is closely attached to the dyed fabric 21, and then the dyed fabric 21 that has been color fixed is conveyed by the conveyor belt 30 to a storage device 80 for temporary storage.

The dyed fabric 21 can also be transported to the steam device 70 for steam color fixing and to the storage device 80 for temporary storage via a transport carrier (not shown).

Washing step S6: Then the dyed fabric 21 in the storage device 80 is transported to a dedicated washing machine for washing, and then dried to obtain a finished product 22, as shown in FIG. 4 .

Through the above steps, the dyeing and spraying of patterns with multiple colors can be completed at one time for the fabric 20 to be dyed.

In order to further understand the structural features, applied technical means and expected effects of the present invention, the use of the present invention is described below. It is believed that this will provide a deeper and more specific understanding of the present invention, as described below:

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the present invention utilizes the printing device 10 to attach the resist 12 to the pattern of the fabric 20 to be dyed, so that the pattern of the fabric 20 to be dyed will not be mixed with other pigments during dyeing. The fabric 20 to be dyed is sprayed by the automatic spraying device 50 instead of placing the fabric 20 to be dyed in a dyeing vat for immersion dyeing as is known, thereby avoiding friction with other fabrics that may cause the resist 12 to fall off.

The automatic spray-dyeing device 50 of the present invention uses the controller 60 to adjust the spraying sequence, time and amount of each of the grouped nozzles 52 of the spraying devices 51, so that the dyeing of multiple colors and the spray-dyeing pattern processing can be completed on the to-be-dyed fabric 20 at one time and simultaneously, thereby increasing the overall production speed.
