The processor 110 can distribute the plurality of order information to the plurality of distribution centers according to predetermined reference conditions. For example, data related to an order using a customer entered into a service of a system for transmitting order information may be processed by processor 110 . The service may be a type of online commerce (eg, e-commerce) platform service. The processor 110 may identify order information of customers using the service. Order information for customers using the Service may include ordered item (eg, product) information, delivery address information, and ordered item inventory information in a distribution center. The processor 110 may determine a distribution center to process an order by considering order information from customers using the service, and may assign the order so that the order is processed in the determined distribution center.

Processor 110 may identify item information, delivery address information, and information regarding a predicted delivery date for each order based on order information assigned to a source distribution center. In this case, the information identified by processor 110 may be included in an order backlog at the source distribution center. Processor 110 may identify an order backlog based on the identified information.

According to an exemplary embodiment, if an order backlog is assigned to a target distribution center, processor 110 may identify an order backlog group based on an expected ship date (ExSD) corresponding to the order backlog in the target distribution center. For example, ExSD may vary depending on an individual distribution center. Additionally, ExSD can be set to multiple times (eg, 0:00, 4:00, 8:00, and 13:00) depending on an individual distribution center. Processor 110 may identify an order backlog group that satisfies filter information selected by a user based on a target distribution center's ExSD.

Specifically, the processor 110 may identify ExSD exceeding limit information from the filter information (which is a "detailed filter condition"). A "Detailed Filter" can include situations where there are classified reasons for transmission unavailability. If the ExSD of a target distribution center has been exceeded, the processor 110 may determine that transmission of an order to the target distribution center is not available. For example, since the picking and packaging of an item is performed in a target distribution center and therefore requires a lead time for shipment, when an ExSD has been exceeded, the transmission of the order information may be deemed unavailable.

More specifically, the processor 110 may determine an ExSD corresponding to an order backlog based on address information of a target distribution center and delivery address information of the order backlog. The processor 110 may determine an ExSD corresponding to an order backlog by considering the delivery time from the address of a target distribution center to the delivery address information of an order. For example, the processor 110 may be based on the delivery time (eg, 4 hours) by considering the delivery time (eg, 4 hours) from an address of a target distribution center (eg, Daegu) to a delivery address (eg, Seoul) of an order. Other filter information set by a user identifies whether an ExSD corresponding to an order backlog exists in the target distribution center.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the ExSD may be determined based on the time of the next order and the delivery address of the order. For example, an ExSD at 19:00 could correspond to an order placed in the range from 0:00 to 18:00. For another example, an ExSD of 1:00 may correspond to an order placed within the range of 18:00 to 24:00. For yet another example, an ExSD of an order from a customer whose order delivery address is "Daegu" may precede an order ExSD from a customer whose order delivery address is "Seoul". The reason for this is that an order from a customer can be allocated based on the address of a distribution center in which an item contained in the order is present in inventory. That is, an ExSD based on an order delivery address given as an example may be based on the fact that an order backlog is generated in a distribution center located in "Seoul".

If an order backlog is assigned to a target distribution center, the processor 110 according to an exemplary embodiment may identify the ExSD corresponding to the target distribution center of the order backlog. In addition, the processor 110 may set the ExSD exceeding limit information based on the ExSD of the target distribution center. For example, the ExSD exceedance limit information can be set based on a buffer time, and for this buffer time, the "shipping lead time" of the ExSD from a corresponding target distribution center is considered. The processor 110 may determine the time obtained by back-calculating a preset buffer time from the ExSD of the target distribution center as exceeding a threshold value of the ExSD. The buffer time can be changed by a user.

Specifically, processor 110 may identify an order for a first item from a source distribution center in "Seoul" to a delivery address in "Seoul" at 15:00. Therefore, the processor 110 can identify that the ExSD is 19:00 at one of the source distribution centers in "Seoul". When a user sets a target distribution center in "Daegu", the processor 110 can identify a delivery time (eg, 4 hours) from the target distribution center to the delivery address by summing a preset buffer time (eg, 4 hours). , 50 minutes), and it is possible to identify whether the time obtained by subtracting the total time from the ExSD of the target distribution center has passed the current time. In this case, if the current time has passed, the processor 110 may determine that transmission of the corresponding order information is unavailable due to an ExSD being exceeded. The processor 110 may set one of the ExSD exceeded times corresponding to the ExSD exceeded limit information. That is, in the case where ExSD exceeds the limit, it may not be feasible to transmit order information from the source distribution center to the target distribution center.

PDD。If the order backlog is assigned to a target distribution center, the processor 110 according to an exemplary embodiment may identify an order backlog group based on a predicted delivery date (PDD) corresponding to the order backlog. The PDD can be determined based on the address information of the distribution center to which an order is assigned, order delivery address information, and delivery type information.

For example, if an order with a PDD of 13:00 is assigned to a source distribution center in "Seoul", the processor 110 may respond by considering the delivery time from a target distribution center in "Daegu" to "Seoul" (for example, 4 hours), a preset buffer time (for example, 50 minutes) and the ExSD of the target distribution center (for example, 0:00, 8:00, 16:00) to identify whether the PDD has changed. That is, in the case where the current time is 7:00, the processor 110 identifies 12:50 obtained by adding 4 hours and 50 minutes to 8:00 in the ExSD of the target distribution center in "Daegu" , and therefore the processor 110 can determine that a PDD does not change when a corresponding order is transmitted to the target distribution center in "Daegu". Conversely, if a PDD changes, the processor 110 may not transmit order information from the source distribution center to the target distribution center.

For another example, the processor 110 may determine a PDD change when changing the delivery type from another type of delivery to trunk delivery. The reason for this is that if order information is transmitted to a target distribution center in a different delivery area and trunk delivery is performed, a PDD may change due to an unavoidable surprise.

The transceiver 120 may perform a function of transmitting information previously stored in the database 130 of the electronic device 100 to another device or receiving predetermined information from another device to the electronic device 100 . For example, the transceiver 120 may receive intended user input information from an external device (eg, external device 200 of FIG. 2 ).

The database 130 is a data structure implemented in a predetermined storage space of the electronic device 100 and can freely perform functions such as storing, searching, deleting, editing or adding data.

The database 130 may store data related to various functions of the electronic device 100 . For example, database 130 may store various types of information related to a distribution center, and may store instructions or data for processor 110 to perform operations. Also, in an exemplary embodiment, the database 130 may have information corresponding to individual distribution centers. In addition, the order information of individual distribution centers can be managed through the processing database 130 .

Transmission of order backlogs throughout the illustrative embodiments may be performed in various scenarios. For example, in a scenario where it is difficult to process an order assigned to a source distribution center, an order backlog can be transferred to another target distribution center that can handle the order, and the transferred order can be processed by the target distribution center. However, since the work procedures and location allocation personnel of the source and target distribution centers are different, the ExSD and PDD of an order may change when the order is transferred from the source distribution center to the target distribution center. Additionally, there may be a situation where a delivery procedure for trunk movement is added to process an order in a target distribution center based on the transfer of an order backlog. In this case, since a delivery delay can occur due to the transmission of the order backlog (which can worsen the customer experience), a filter can be set up to only allow a backlog of transmissions for orders that do not cause such a delivery delay. Through this, an order that would cause a delivery delay may not be transmitted. In the case of a special situation, the transfer can still be performed even for an order for which only one ExSD changes and one PDD can be maintained. Through this, although a target distribution center's workload may increase, a maximum number of items in a source distribution center's order backlog may be transferred to the target distribution center.

FIG. 3 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for transmitting order information between distribution centers in an electronic device according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

In S310, the electronic device (eg, the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1) may identify information of a source distribution center and information of a target distribution center. The source distribution center may be a distribution center corresponding to an origin from which order information is to be transmitted (eg, an origin of transmission) in a system for transmitting order information according to exemplary embodiments of the present invention. The target distribution center may be a distribution center corresponding to one of the arrival points (eg, a destination of transmission) to which order information is to be transmitted in the system for transmitting order information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. .

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may designate a source distribution center and a target distribution center among a plurality of distribution centers. Source and target distribution centers can be identified through a user's input.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may select or suggest a source distribution center and a target distribution center based on allocation processing status of individual distribution centers. At least part of the order information assigned to the source distribution center may be transmitted and assigned to the target distribution center.

In S320, the electronic device may identify the order backlog of the source distribution center. The order backlog may be a list of information regarding transmittable orders in a system for transmitting order information according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, an order backlog may include information about the items, information about the order's delivery address, and information about the order's expected ship date (ExSD). The electronic device may identify a list of pieces of information regarding transmittable orders based on information included in the order backlog.

The electronic device may identify an order backlog currently assigned to one of the source distribution centers. For example, the electronic device may identify the order backlog of the source distribution center in a database (eg, database 130 of FIG. 1 ) at predetermined time intervals. The time interval of the order backlog of the source distribution center in the electronic device identification database can be real-time.

In S330, the electronic device may obtain screening information for order transmission. The filtering information may be information about a filter capable of classifying information about a plurality of orders managed in an order transmission information management system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention according to a predetermined criterion.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the screening information may include information about a target distribution center (for example, information about the name of the target distribution center), delivery company information (for example, information about a delivery company that performs delivery of an order) , information about the type of delivery (for example, same-day delivery, early morning delivery, standard delivery, or mainline delivery), information about the type of shipment (for example, single shipment or multiple shipments), information about the units of the order quantity (for example, one shipment or unit) and detailed filter information (for example, ExSD limit exceeded information or PDD limit changed information).

The filtering information according to an exemplary embodiment can be flexibly changed according to the settings of the order transmission information management system. For example, the filter information may be any filter information that classifies order information assigned to an overall distribution center.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may obtain filtering information capable of classifying order information assigned to a particular distribution center by identifying a selection of a source distribution center and a target distribution center. In this specification, although the screening information is enumerated by one example such as the example shown in FIG. 4 for easier description, the screening information may not be provided as a common value for all distribution centers. For example, the electronic device may identify common classifications of order information assigned to a first distribution center designated as a source distribution center and a second distribution center designated as a target distribution center. The classification may affect the order information from the first distribution center. The conditions for transmission from the center to the second distribution center and adaptively provide them as screening information.

In S340, the electronic device may obtain an order transmission request. The order transmission request may be entered by a user through an external device. For example, an order transmission request may be a request to transmit and distribute an order from a source distribution center to a target distribution center based on filtering information set by a user. In addition, the order transmission request may be a request to output a transmission progress information display screen (eg, FIG. 7 ) of the order transmission information management system according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

In S350, the electronic device may identify an order backlog group. The order backlog group may correspond to a plurality of order backlogs that satisfy the filtering information among the order backlogs in the order backlog list that have inventory in the target distribution center.

According to an exemplary embodiment, an order backlog group that satisfies filter information may correspond to a plurality of order backlogs that satisfy a transfer condition selected by a user to perform backlog transfer from a source distribution center to a target distribution center. That is, the filter information may correspond to the transmission condition, and the order backlog group may be a plurality of order backlog information corresponding to the selected filter information in the order backlog list.

According to an exemplary embodiment, when the order backlog group is identified in S350, the electronic device may display brief information about the backlog transmission that a user wants to perform. Referring to FIG. 4 , the electronic device may display brief information in a portion of an area in which an item 417 for entering a requested quantity is displayed in response to a user typing in item "Identify Backlog" 420 . The summary information may be the order quantity that can be requested to be transmitted to the target distribution center based on the currently selected filter information. For example, the summary information could be information about 20,000 shipments and 25,000 units based on order quantity unit information. A user can identify the brief information and enter the information in field 417 for entering a requested quantity.

In S360, the electronic device may allocate a portion of the order backlog group to the target distribution center. The electronic device may assign the order backlog group to the target distribution center in response to the transmission request. Referring to Figure 4, a transmission request may correspond to a user's entry into item "assignment" 430. According to one example, the electronic device may attempt to allocate at least a portion of the order backlog group to the target distribution center.

4 is a view illustrating an example of a user interface for entering filtering information provided in a system for transmitting order information between distribution centers in accordance with exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 4 , a system for transmitting order information between distribution centers according to an exemplary embodiment may be provided on an external device (eg, the external device 200 of FIG. 1 ) or an electronic device (eg, the electronic device of FIG. 1 A display in the device 100 displays a screen for entering conditional information (eg, filtering information) related to order transmission between distribution centers.

FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an operation of transmitting order information between distribution centers according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 5 , in step 511 , a system for transmitting order information according to various exemplary embodiments may transmit filtering information selected by a user from the filtering information for order transmission from the external device 200 to the electronic device 100 . Order transmission may refer to redistributing some of the order information assigned to the source distribution center to the target distribution center so that it is processed in the target distribution center. The selected filter information may include at least one of several pieces of information selected from items 411 to 416 in Figure 4 .

According to an exemplary embodiment, although a series of processes related to filtering information is described as being executed in the electronic device 100, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in a system for transmitting order information, the electronic device 100 may execute the process of FIG. 5 through communication with a separate server corresponding to an individual distribution center.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a user can select one of the target distribution centers to which order information is to be transmitted through the external device 200 . This may be performed in step 511. According to another exemplary embodiment, a user can select a source distribution center through the external device 200 .

In step 512 , information identifying the quantity information used to perform the backlog transmission may be transmitted from the external device 200 to the electronic device 100 . The quantity information used to perform the backlog transfer is the quantity information that can be entered in item 417 of Figure 4.

In step 521 , the electronic device 100 may identify the order backlog of the source distribution center based on the selected screening information received from the external device 200 . The order backlog of the source distribution center may be identified based on the source distribution center selectable in step 511.

In step 522 , the electronic device 100 may identify a backlog group that satisfies the selected filter information based on the filter information received from the external device 200 . For example, the electronic device 100 may identify orders that satisfy the selected filtering information as a backlog group among the orders assigned to the source distribution center.

According to an exemplary embodiment, even for orders that satisfy the selected filtering information among the orders assigned to the source distribution center, the electronic device 100 may still only assign orders that satisfy the selected filtering information based on the reallocation quantity that can be processed in the target distribution center. Some are identified as a backlog group.

In step 523, the electronic device 100 may provide information about the backlog group to the external device 200. For example, the information about the backlog group may be the summary information shown in part of the entry 417 shown in Figure 4 for entering the requested quantity.

According to an exemplary embodiment, after step 523 and before step 513, a user may enter the requested amount in item 417 shown in FIG. 4 for entering the requested amount. The requested quantity corresponds to the quantity of order information to be transmitted from the source distribution center to the target distribution center.

In step 513, the user can make an order transmission request based on the number of order information transmission requests through the external device 200. The transfer request may correspond to a user's entry into item "Assignment" 430 in Figure 4.

In step 524, the electronic device 100 may attempt to allocate a portion of the backlog group to the target distribution center. The reason for trying to perform assignments to the target distribution center is that the number of orders contained in the backlog group can be greater than the number of orders that can be processed by the target distribution center.

For example, the electronic device 100 may allocate a quantity corresponding to the user's requested quantity among the order quantities included in the backlog group to the target distribution center. If the order quantity included in the backlog group is equal to or greater than the requested quantity and the requested quantity is greater than the order quantity that can be processed in the target distribution center, the electronic device 100 may attempt to allocate the requested quantity to the target distribution center. In this case, any portion of the requested quantity above the order quantity that can be processed by the target distribution center may not be allocated to the target distribution center. In addition, the electronic device 100 may recommend another target distribution center that can handle an unallocated quantity.

In step 525, the electronic device 100 may allocate a portion of the backlog group to the target distribution center. Subsequently, in step 526, the electronic device 100 may identify the backlog transmission progress information. The backlog transfer progress information may include information regarding the results of allocation to the target distribution center in step 525.

In step 527 , the electronic device 100 may transmit information to the external device 200 regarding the results of the order allocation attempt to the target distribution center performed in step 526 . In step 527, the user may identify at least one of the order quantity finally allocated to the target distribution center through the external device 200, the order quantity attempted to be allocated to the target distribution center, and the order quantity requested by the user to be allocated to the target distribution center.

200。According to an illustrative embodiment, although not shown using an example, the user may receive information according to steps 524 and 525 regarding one of the recommended distribution centers for reallocating a portion of the requested quantity that is not allocated to the target distribution center. The electronic device 100 may identify information about all distribution centers in the system and provide information about a recommended target distribution center to the external device 200 according to steps 524 and 525 .

For example, the recommended target distribution center may include at least one of the target distribution centers not selected in FIG. 4 . Based on the filtering information selected in items 412 to 417 of FIG. 4 , the electronic device 100 may recommend the target distribution center of item 411 based on the results of steps 524 and 525 . The target distribution center recommended by the electronic device 100 may be different from the original target distribution center to which allocation is attempted in steps 524 and 525. This may be one operation used to satisfy the number of transmission requests from the user at one time.

6 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a schematic flowchart of providing recommended information for transmitting order information between distribution centers according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

In S610, the electronic device (eg, the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1) may identify a list of target distribution centers. The electronic device can identify the order information and can optionally transmit the source distribution center to one of its list of target distribution centers. The list of target distribution centers to which order information can be transferred can include all distribution centers registered in the system.

According to an exemplary embodiment, information about the location of the source distribution center, information about the location of distribution centers other than the source distribution center, delivery address information, information about the ExSD of the order, and information about the PDD of the order may be based on A list of target distribution centers to which transfers are determined to be executable.

In S620, the electronic device may identify one of the order backlog groups of each of the target distribution centers. For example, the electronic device may identify an order backlog group for each of the target distribution centers included in the list of target distribution centers. This can target distribution centers other than the target distribution center based on filter information selected by a user.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may identify order backlog groups of distribution centers other than the distribution center selected by the user. The electronic device may store one order backlog group for each target distribution center as background information.

In step S630, the electronic device may provide information about a recommended target distribution center. For example, the electronic device may provide information about one of the distribution centers as a recommended target distribution center in addition to the target distribution center according to the filter information selected by the user based on the order backlog group identified in step S620.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may display transmission progress information according to step 526 of FIG. 5 , as shown in FIG. 7 . In this case, the electronic device may also provide information about the recommended target distribution center identified in step S630. For example, as shown in element 711 of FIG. 7 , the electronic device may provide information about the recommended target distribution center based on input and transmission progress information of a user who has selected a first distribution center as the target distribution center in parallel. For another example, if the number of requests that can be processed is greater than the number of target distribution centers selected by the user, the electronic device may provide information about a recommended target distribution center in parallel.
