Description

The present disclosure relates to an electronic device, especially an electronic device with a break-through protection mechanism.

In existing electronic devices, Near Field Communication (NFC) sensing chips are often used in storage devices and installed inside machine casings. In order to prevent other users from dismantling and destroying the machine without consent, and then easily stealing the internal information of the machine, how to solve the security protection mechanism of the machine has become an issue today.

In view of the above, in one embodiment, the present disclosure provides an electronic device including a first casing, a second casing, a target element, a breaking element, an elastic element, and a stopper. The first casing has an accommodating space. The second casing is adapted to be assembled to the first casing and includes a pushing piece. The target component is accommodated in the accommodating space. The breaking piece is movably arranged in the accommodating space and is located on one side of the target element. The elastic part is arranged in the accommodating space and provides elastic force to drive the breaking part to move towards the target element. The stopper is movably arranged between the breaking piece and the target element. When the second casing is assembled to the first casing, the ejecting member pushes the stopper and moves until the ejecting member is located between the breaking member and the target element. When the second casing is detached from the first casing and the ejecting element is removed, the breaking element moves to the target element by the elastic force of the elastic element and hits the target element.

To sum up, the electronic device of the disclosed embodiment can use the ejector directly assembled on the second casing to clamp the breaking member. Therefore, if the second casing is to be detached from the first casing, the ejector will unclamp the breaking piece, causing the elastic force of the elastic piece to drive the breaking piece to hit the target component, thereby effectively preventing those who are interested in dismantling the electronic device for further damage. Steal the target component.

Various embodiments are proposed below for detailed description. However, the embodiments are only used as examples for illustration and will not limit the protection scope of the present disclosure. In addition, some components are omitted from the drawings in the embodiments to clearly show the technical features of the present disclosure. The same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings to refer to the same or similar elements.

100。FIG. 1 is a partially exploded schematic diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 2 is an exploded schematic diagram of some components and target components of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device 100 can be any electronic device 100 such as a laptop computer, a desktop computer, a server, a mobile device, a tablet, etc., where it is necessary to prevent the shell from being physically damaged and the internal data from being stolen.

As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2 , the electronic device 100 includes a first casing 10 and a second casing 20 . The first casing 10 has an accommodating space 11 . The second casing 20 is adapted to be assembled to the first casing 10 , and the second casing 20 includes a pushing member 21 . As shown in FIG. 1 , the first casing 10 and the second casing 20 of the electronic device 100 are casings arranged perpendicular to each other, and the second casing 20 is assembled from the top to the bottom as shown in FIG. 1 . The first casing 10. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the second casing 20 can also be assembled to the first casing 10 from any direction, and the angle of assembly is not limited to a right angle.

It can be seen from FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 that the electronic device 100 further includes a target component 30 , and the target component 30 is accommodated in the accommodating space 11 . In this embodiment, the target element 30 may be an NFC sensor chip. Since the NFC sensing chip has the characteristics of wireless sensing, when it is necessary to confirm whether the first casing 10 and the second casing 20 have been disassembled and the internal data is stolen, the target can be sensed from the outside of the first casing 10 first. Whether the element 30 can still sense the reading correctly. If the sensing and reading can be performed correctly, the target element 30 represented as an NFC sensing chip has not been destroyed. In other implementations, the target element 30 can also be any chip that can respond to wireless sensing and reading.

The electronic device 100 further includes a breaking member 40 , an elastic member 50 and a stopper 60 . The breaking member 40 is movably disposed in the accommodating space 11 and located on one side of the target element 30 . It can be seen from FIG. 2 that the target element 30 is located on the right side of the drawing, and the breaking member 40 is located on the left side. The two are located on opposite sides. The breaker 40 will be arranged corresponding to the target element 30 . The elastic member 50 is disposed in the accommodating space 11 and provides elastic force to drive the breaking member 40 to move toward the target element 30 , thereby driving the breaking member 40 to hit the target element 30 through the elastic force to damage the target element 30 . The action method will be described in detail later.

30。FIG. 3 is a partially exploded schematic diagram of a second casing according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. 4 to 6 are schematic diagrams (1) to (3) of assembling the second casing to the first casing according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of triggering the breaking member when the second casing is away from the first casing according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Please refer to FIG. 4 , the stopper 60 is movably disposed between the breaking member 40 and the target element 30 when the second casing 20 is not assembled to the first casing 10 . As shown in Figures 5 and 6, when the second casing 20 is assembled to the first casing 10, the ejector 21 pushes the stopper 60 to move until the ejector 21 is located between the breaking element 40 and the target element 30. between. Subsequently, as shown in Figure 7, when the second casing 20 is detached from the first casing 10 and the ejector 21 is removed, the breaking element 40 moves toward the target element 30 by the elastic force of the elastic element 50, and hits the target element 30.

In this way, the electronic device 100 can use the ejector 21 directly assembled on the second housing 20 to clamp the breaking member 40 . Since the ejector 21 of the second casing 20 is pre-assembled or integrally formed with the second casing 20, there is no blind assembly and it is impossible to confirm whether the second casing 20 and the ejector 21 are correctly assembled question. Since the buckle components that require corresponding elastic deformation are replaced by components with fixed shapes, compared with the previous technology, the installation of all components can be completed in a smaller space, and there is no need to worry about whether the elastic components of the coupling device (such as the hook device) are Damaged due to improper stress during assembly. In addition, the stopper 60 can prevent the breaking member 40 from colliding with the target element 30 before the second casing 20 is assembled to the first casing 10 . Once the second casing 20 is physically damaged and detached from the first casing 10, the second casing 20 will drive the ejector piece 21 to move upwards to unclamp the breaking piece 40, so that the breaking piece 40 can be used without being clamped. Move freely. At this time, the elastic force of the elastic member 50 will drive the breaking member 40 to move towards the target element 30 and hit the target element 30, causing the target element 30 to be damaged.

Once the target component 30 is damaged, even if the second casing 20 is reassembled back to the first casing 10 , it appears to be normal and undamaged from the appearance. If the target element 30 is read wirelessly and cannot be correctly sensed and read, it can be known that the target element 30 has been damaged. Further, it is known that the electronic device 100 may be damaged, and internal data or components may have been stolen abnormally.

411。As can be seen from FIG. 1 , in this embodiment, the ejecting member 21 of the second casing 20 has an inclined surface 211 . As can be seen from FIG. 2 , the breaking member 40 includes a fixing seat 41 and a firing pin 42 , and the firing pin 42 is fixed on the fixing seat 41 . In this embodiment, the striker 42 is fixed to the fixing seat 41 in a manner of passing through a screw lock. In other embodiments, the integrally formed fixing seat 41 and striker 42 may also be used, or the striker 42 may be fixed to the fixing seat 41 by means of gluing, tight fitting, or the like. The fixing seat has a wedge-shaped surface 411 . It can be seen from FIG. 4 that the wedge-shaped surface 411 is inclined from upper left to lower right, and corresponds to the inclined surface 211 of the ejector member 21 . It can be seen from FIG. 5 that when the second casing 20 is assembled to the first casing 10 , the inclined surface 211 of the ejector 21 will push the wedge-shaped surface 411 of the fixing seat 41 .

When setting the relative position of the wedge-shaped surface 411 and the inclined surface 211 , the final position can be set as shown in FIG. 5 , and the inclined surface 211 abuts against the wedge-shaped surface 411 . Alternatively, as in this embodiment, when the second casing 20 is assembled on the first casing 10, as shown in FIG. The direction of the left side of FIG. 6 is pushed to the top, and the elastic member 50 is stretched to a greater extent, so as to provide greater elastic force of the fixing seat 41 .

In other implementations, the wedge-shaped surface 411 may not be provided. Even if the corners of the fixing seat 41 are at right angles, the inclined surface 211 of the ejecting member 21 can still abut against the fixing seat 41 so that it will not directly hit the target component 30 . However, if the wedge-shaped surface 411 is provided, the process of the inclined surface 211 of the ejecting member 21 pushing against the fixing seat 41 can be smoother.

The electronic device 100 further includes a base 70 , and the first casing 10 further includes a side wall 12 . It can be seen from FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 that the base 70 is assembled on the side wall 12 and accommodated in the accommodating space 11 . The target element 30 is disposed between the base 70 and the sidewall 12 . The breaking member 40 is movably passed through the base 70 , and the elastic member 50 is connected between the base 70 and the breaking member 40 to provide the elastic force required by the breaking member 40 .

In this embodiment, as can be seen from FIG. 2 , the elastic member 50 includes two tension springs 51 respectively assembled on the left and right sides of the fixing base 41 . One end of each tension spring 51 is connected to the fixing seat 41 , and the other end is connected to the base 70 . Thereby, when the fixing seat 41 of the breaking member 40 is forced to move to the left, the tension spring 51 will generate elastic force to give the breaking member 40 the active force to move to the right.

The target element 30, the breaking part 40, the elastic part 50 and the stopper 60 can be assembled behind the base 70 as shown in Figure 1, and then the base 70 is assembled to the side wall 12 of the first casing 10, so that These components are accommodated in the accommodation space 11 . In this way, all components can be assembled into a module by using the base 70 first, and then assembled to the first casing 10 . In other embodiments, a shape structure corresponding to the base 70 can also be formed in the first casing 10 , instead of using a separate base 70 , the assembly of various components can also be completed.

50。It can be seen from FIG. 2 that the electronic device 100 may further include a protection sheet 80 disposed between the target element 30 and the base 70 . The protection sheet 80 has an opening 81 corresponding to the target element 30 , so that when the breaking element 40 is moved to the target element 30 driven by the elastic force of the elastic element 50 , it can hit the target element 30 through the opening 81 . In this embodiment, the protection sheet 80 is made of sapphire material, and the protection sheet 80 is located at a position corresponding to the elastic member 50 . In this way, since the target element 30 on the substrate 31 may be very small, the other surroundings are sensing lines. When someone attempts to drill a hole from the outside of the side wall 12 of the first casing 10 to damage the elastic member 50 to prevent the breaking member 40 from colliding with the target element 30 , the protective sheet 80 can provide a certain protection. Avoid directly damaging the base 70 or the elastic member 50 from the outside.

In this embodiment, the protective sheet 80 is approximately equal to the surface area of the base 70 facing the side wall 12 , and only the opening 81 is added to facilitate the breaking member 40 to hit the target element 30 . The other positions of the base 70 are provided with additional protection by the protection sheet 80 . Due to the high hardness of sapphire, it can also effectively prevent the damage of most hand tools such as electric drills.

In order to provide more complete protection for the entire base 70 , in addition to the surface facing the side wall 12 , the surface facing the side of the second casing 20 can also provide additional protection. Thereby, the breaking member 40 and the elastic member 50 located on the left side of the base 70 can be prevented from being damaged from the side of the second casing 20 (that is, the upper side in FIG. 2 ). Therefore, it can be seen from FIGS. 2 to 4 that the electronic device 100 further includes a first reinforcing sheet 91 and a second reinforcing sheet 92 . The first reinforcing sheet 91 and the second reinforcing sheet 92 can be made of high-hardness metal, sapphire and other materials. The first reinforcing sheet 91 is disposed on the base 70 and is located on a side of the base 70 facing the second casing 20 .

As can be seen from FIG. 4 , the second reinforcement piece 92 is disposed on a side surface of the second casing 20 facing the accommodating space 11 , and is disposed corresponding to the position of the base 70 . When setting, as shown in Figure 3, a corresponding groove 22 is formed on the inner side of the second casing 20, and the second reinforcement piece 92 is correspondingly placed in the groove 22, and the embedded, tightly fitted or glued Way, fixed in the groove 22. It can be seen from FIG. 4 that the second reinforcing piece 92 is located above the rear side of the base 70 . If the first reinforcing sheet 91 and the second reinforcing sheet 92 are assembled at the same time as in this embodiment, double protection of the base 70 can be provided. In other implementations, only the first reinforcing sheet 91 or the second reinforcing sheet 92 may be used for protection.

As can be seen from FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 , the second housing 20 may further include an anti-damage component 23 embedded corresponding to the ejector component 21 . The anti-destruction component 23 can be embedded from the outer surface of the second casing 20 , or directly embedded in the second casing 20 when the second casing 20 is injection molded. The anti-destroyer 23 is correspondingly located above the ejector 21 to prevent the ejector 21 from being damaged by the outside of the second casing 20 , thereby affecting the action of the breaking member 40 .

Furthermore, as can be seen from Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the ejector member 21 may further include an anti-drilling sheet 212, the anti-drilling sheet 212 and the slope 211 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the ejector member 21, and the anti-drilling sheet 212 is corresponding to the inclined surface 211 settings. This provides additional protection for the ejector 21 , preventing damage to the ejector 21 from damage to the side wall 12 of the first casing 10 and affecting the action of the breaking member 40 . Since the ejecting member 21 and the breaking member 40 operate through whether the inclined surface 211 is pushed against or not, the anti-drilling sheet 212 preferably covers at least the surface of the corresponding inclined surface 211 . In this way, the possibility of preventing all physical damage can be provided, and the management of important data can be strengthened.

To sum up, the electronic device disclosed in the embodiment can use the ejector directly assembled on the second casing to clamp the breaking member. Since the ejector of the second casing is pre-assembled or integrally formed with the second casing, there is no blind assembly and it is impossible to confirm whether the second casing and the ejector are correctly assembled. In addition, since the buckle components that need to be elastically deformed are replaced by components with fixed shapes, it is possible to use a small space to complete the setting of all components, and there is no need to worry about whether the elastic components of the coupling device (such as the hook device) will be damaged due to assembly. Damaged due to improper application of force during the process. In addition, the stopper can be used to prevent the breaking piece from colliding with the target element before the second casing is assembled to the first casing.
