The flow channel includes a first channel through which washing water flows, a second channel that passes through a liquid agent drop position, a confluent channel where the washing water flowing through the second channel converges with the first channel, and a projecting wall formed to project into the first channel and toward the downstream side of the first channel from near the upstream side of the confluent channel.
