綜上所述,本發明提出一種銀行聯合貸款區塊鏈系統。其為利用智能合約之技術取代原本以紙本合約作為聯合貸款銀行之間往來覆核的合約。智能合約具有匿名的特性,並且以分散式帳本技術分佈於各節點之間,以及使用公鑰及私鑰的非對稱式加密技術保護智能合約不被有心人士篡改,因此比起紙本合約更具有安全性。並且本案智能合約為將將擬定的合約條款程式碼放入區塊鏈網路系統中,智能合約會自動在區塊鏈網路系統中的各節點之間多次複製與傳遞,並分佈於各個節點等待參與者覆核並自動執行合約內容,因此比起紙本合約必須在各銀行之間不斷書信往來更有效率。以及智能合約可以根據借款人的需求制訂不同的合約內容,因此比制式化的紙本合約更容易達到客製化之目的。綜上所述,本案利用智能合約於銀行聯合貸款區塊鏈系統與紙本合約相比,具有安全性高、交易效率高、可客製化及可覆核之機制等優點。In summary, the present invention proposes a bank joint loan blockchain system.
