Abstract

An information providing system includes: a heating cooker, an information providing server that provides information related to cooking, and a terminal device. The heating cooker includes: a cooking unit, a control unit, a setting information storage unit, an input unit and a communication device. The cooking unit executes at least a part of the cooking process. The control unit controls the cooking unit. The setting information storage unit saves setting information according to the cooking type, wherein the setting information is used for the control unit to control the process executed by the cooking unit. Description

Information providing system, conditioner, and information prompt method

This disclosure relates to an information provision technology, in particular to an information provision system that provides information related to cuisine, a cooker that can be used under the information provision system, and the use of the information provision system The information prompt method.

In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2016-58789, a home appliance device capable of communicating various information with the development of technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things) is disclosed. The household electrical appliance described in Patent Document 1 publishes the information related to the conditioning menu (Menu) executed by the heating conditioner to the communication tool management part of the server (Server) through the communication network.

The inventors of the present invention recognized the use of communication technology to further enhance the convenience of the conditioner as a problem, and came up with the technology of the present disclosure. This disclosure was made in view of such a situation, and its purpose is to improve the convenience of the conditioner.

One aspect of this disclosure is an information providing system. The information providing system of this aspect includes: a conditioner, an information providing server that provides information related to cooking, and a terminal device.

The conditioner includes: a conditioning unit, a control unit, a setting information storage unit, an input unit, and a communication device. The conditioning department is to perform at least part of the cooking process. The control part is the control and conditioning part. The technology of the present disclosure can be applied to a heating conditioner capable of performing at least a part of the conditioning process. Heating conditioners include: microwave ovens, electric cookers, IH conditioners (Induction Heating Hob), etc. The technology of the present disclosure can also be applied to conditioners such as Blender, Juicer, and Food Processor.

In the following, an example of providing recipe information of dishes that can be prepared by the conditioner is described. In this embodiment, a heating conditioner such as a microwave oven is used as the conditioner.

Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the appearance of the heating conditioner 1 of this embodiment. Fig. 1 is a front perspective view of the heating conditioner 1 in a state where the door 7 is closed. Fig. 2 is a front perspective view of the heating conditioner 1 in a state where the door 7 is opened.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the heating conditioner 1 includes a box 3, a heating chamber 5, and a door 7. The heating chamber 5 has an upper wall 5 a, a side wall 5 b, a side wall 5 c, a rear wall 5 d, and a bottom wall 5 e, and is a space arranged in the box 3. The door 7 covers the opening 3b, and the opening 3b is arranged in the front frame 3a that becomes the front surface of the box 3.

The heating chamber 5 has a microwave radiation port for radiating microwaves generated by a microwave oscillator such as a magnetron into the heating chamber 5. By the microwave radiated from the microwave radiating port, the object to be heated such as food placed in the heating chamber 5 is heated.

Between the rear wall 5d of the heating chamber 5 and the back plate, a heat source (that is, a convection heater) and a circulating fan are arranged. In the rear wall 5d of the heating chamber 5, an intake port and an exhaust port are arranged.

When the circulation fan is driven to rotate, the air in the heating chamber 5 is sucked from the suction port, heated by the convection heater, and sent back into the heating chamber 5 from the exhaust port again. Thereby, the object to be heated is uniformly heated. At the lower front portion of the bottom wall 5e, an exhaust port for exhausting the air in the heating chamber 5 to the outside is arranged.

A water tank for storing water is arranged below the bottom wall 5e. The water is used to generate steam to be sent to the heating chamber 5. The water stored in the water tank is supplied to a steam generating part (not shown) and becomes steam. This steam is supplied to the heating chamber 5 through a steam pipe connecting the steam generating part and the heating chamber 5.

The door 7 is pivotally supported to the box body 3 by a horizontal rotating shaft under the opening 3b so as to be openable and closable. A handle 7a is attached to the upper part of the outer frame 13 of the door 7. When the user pulls the handle 7a to rotate the door 7 until the door 7 becomes horizontal, the front surface of the heating chamber 5 is opened. When the user pushes the handle 7a to rotate the door 7 until the door 7 becomes vertical, the front surface of the heating chamber 5 is locked.

On the right side of the front face of the outer frame 13 of the door 7, a display part 9 and an operation part 11 are arranged. The display unit 9 also displays information such as recipes obtained from an external device through the communication device 101. The heating conditioner 1 can heat the food through a plurality of heating methods. The plural heating methods are heating using microwaves, heating using radiant heaters, and heating using steam. In each heating method, the user can set heating conditions such as heating temperature, heating time, and output power.

According to the type of cooking, the preparation method, the amount of the food, etc., the food can be heated with an appropriate heating method and heating conditions, so that it can be well prepared. For example, when it is necessary to sufficiently heat the inside of the food, heating using microwaves is suitable. To add a moderate burn mark on the surface of the food, it is suitable to use a radiant heater for heating. When steaming and grilling food, it is suitable to use steam heating.

The heating conditioner 1 saves the setting information in advance, and the aforementioned setting information is used to automatically set the appropriate heating method and heating condition setting information according to the type of cooking. Thereby, the heating conditioner 1 can finely switch the heating mode and heating conditions during the conditioning. The setting information is the information that displays the contents of the set heating method and heating conditions in chronological order. The heating conditioner 1 sets the heating method and heating conditions according to the setting information, so that it can automatically perform the conditioning in a method suitable for the type of food.

As a preparation for the heating conditioner 1 to perform such automatic conditioning, the user sets the food in the heating chamber 5 after preparing the necessary materials and making preparations in advance. In the conventional heating conditioner, recipe information such as ingredients and preparation methods in advance are published in the manual attached to the heating conditioner 1, etc. The user generally refers to the recipe information published in the manual while doing pre-preparation and other operations.

The heating conditioner 1 can store recipe information, and display the recipe information on the display part 9 in response to instructions from the user. However, when the heating conditioner 1 is not installed in a position where the user can easily visually confirm, the user cannot perform operations while confirming the recipe information.

Therefore, the information providing system of this embodiment provides the recipe information using the heating conditioner 1 to the terminal device. Thereby, the user can place the terminal device in a position that can be easily confirmed in the work such as preparation beforehand, and perform the work while referring to the recipe information. As a result, the convenience of the user can be improved.

Fig. 3 shows the structure of the information providing system of this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 3, the information providing system 100 includes a heating conditioner 1, a home appliance server 200, an information providing server 300, a terminal device 400, and a communication network 102 connected to these.

The information providing server 300 provides information related to cooking. The information providing server 300 stores the setting information that can be used by the heating conditioner 1 according to the type of cooking. The heating method and heating conditions can be different according to the type of the heating conditioner 1. Therefore, the information providing server 300 saves the setting information that differs according to the type of the heating conditioner 1 as the setting information corresponding to the same type of cooking, and provides the setting information corresponding to the type of the heating conditioner 1 to the heating conditioner器1.

The materials required for the automatic conditioning and the content prepared in advance can also be different according to the type of the heating conditioner 1. Fig. 7 is a sequence diagram showing the procedure of the information providing method of the present embodiment. FIG. 7 shows the procedure of downloading the setting information of the dishes whose setting information has not been saved in the heating conditioner 1 to the heating conditioner 1.

FIG. 8 shows the transition of the display screen displayed on the display portion 9 of the heating conditioner 1 and the display device of the terminal device 400 when the program shown in FIG. 7 is executed. The terminal device 400 executes application software (Application Software) required by the information providing system 100. Hereinafter, the application software is referred to as APP. According to the type of the heating conditioner 1, the information providing server 300 extracts the types of dishes for which the setting information that can be used by the heating conditioner 1 is prepared. The information providing server 300 generates a DL menu showing the type of the extracted dishes, and transmits it to the terminal device 400 (process S76).

The terminal device 400 displays the DL menu received from the information providing server 300 on the display device (process S78). The information providing server 300 transmits the setting information identified by the DL menu ID that has been received from the terminal device 400 to the heating conditioner 1 (process S92). After receiving the setting information from the information providing server 300, the heating conditioner 1 switches the home screen 90 displayed on the display unit 9 to the receiving screen 91.

After receiving the setting information, the heating conditioner 1 displays the receiving end screen 92 on the display unit 9. Then, the heating conditioner 1 displays on the display part 9 a start screen 93 for starting the automatic conditioning using the received setting information. The heating conditioner 1 notifies the home appliance server 200 that the reception of the setting information has ended. The home appliance server 200 pushes a notification to the terminal device 400 that the setting information has been downloaded to the heating conditioner 1.

The terminal device 400 displays the push notification 83 received from the home appliance server 200 on the display device. In this way, the user can download the setting information that has not been previously stored in the heating conditioner 1 from the information providing server 300 to the heating conditioner 1 for use. The user can request the download of the setting information from the terminal device 400.

Fig. 9 is a block diagram showing the functional configuration of the heating conditioner of this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 9, the heating conditioner 1 includes a display unit 9, an operation unit 11, a communication device 101, a heating unit 103, a control device 120, and a memory device 140.

The communication device 101 communicates by any communication method. The heating unit 103 performs heating by microwaves, heating by radiant heaters, and heating by steam. The heating unit 103 functions as a conditioning unit that executes at least a part of the conditioning program. The storage device 140 stores data or programs used by the components of the controlled device 120.

The storage device 140 includes a PI menu setting information table 141, a DL menu setting information table 142, a display data storage unit 143, and a setting information storage unit 144.

The PI menu setting information table 141 stores information related to the setting information stored in the setting information storage section 144 of the heating conditioner 1 in advance. FIG. 10A shows an example of the PI menu setting information table 141. As shown in FIG. 10A, the PI menu setting information table 141 stores the machine menu ID, recipe title, and sequence name in association.

The machine menu ID is identification information for identifying the type of dishes prepared by the setting information stored in the setting information storage unit 144 in advance. The DL menu setting information table 142 stores information related to the setting information that has been downloaded from the information providing server 300 to the heating conditioner 1. The DL menu ID is identification information used to identify the type of dishes prepared by the setting information downloaded from the information providing server 300. The control device 120 includes a heating control unit 121, a UI control unit 122, a recipe display control unit 123, and a setting information DL control unit 124. These elements are implemented by computers. The heating control unit 121 controls the heating unit 103 in accordance with the heating method and heating conditions set by the user. When the type of cuisine to be prepared is designated by the user, the heating control unit 121 automatically controls the heating unit 103 according to the setting information corresponding to the type of cuisine.

The UI control unit 122 displays the menu screen on the display unit 9 and accepts instructions from the user through the operation unit 11. That is, the display unit 9 and the operation unit 11 function as a user interface.

The UI control unit 122 uses the display data stored in the display data storage unit 143 to generate the display screen shown in FIGS. 5 and 8 and display it on the display unit 9. The recipe display control unit 123 displays the recipe information for automatic conditioning on the terminal device 400 by using the setting information stored in the setting information storage unit 144. The setting information DL control unit 124 controls the process of downloading the setting information that has not been stored in the setting information storage unit 144 from the information providing server 300.
